To ensure the dishes are drying properly, make sure that air dry option is not being selected, this will reduce drying performance. The use of a rinse aid has proven to be effective for optimum drying performance. Also, you can try using the Hi-Temp Wash option on the model. During the hi-temp wash option, the dishwasher heats water in the main wash to approximately 140F (60C) and increases the temperature higher in the final rinse. The increased water temperature helps the dishwasher detergent removes food grease and soil from dishes more effectively and aids in drying. The upper rack is designed for flexibility in loading a wide variety of items including cups, glasses, stemware, small plates, bowls, etc. While the bottom rack is best for plates, saucers, bowls, and cookware. We recommend checking the following: • Your detergent may be old. • Be sure the dish load doesn’t block the spray from entering the detergent cup. • Check to see if the cycle has been completed. • Make sure items do not prevent the detergent dispenser from opening. Keep in mind your household water temperature along with the water pressure plays a vital role in your appliance’s performance. The recommended temperature should be 120°F (49°C), and the water pressure should be 20 to 120 pounds per square (psi).
