It was so easy to install and took very little time. I did break the door glass with an unrelated tool so I contacted the company in CA. They were very easy to work with and sent out a new door right away. Looks good too!

We totally love this oven. It can be a little bit tricky to install it and get into your first use. I guess it’s made for the european market. That would explain the symbols for the wiring and the fact that the temperature settings for the Fahrenheit user go by odd steps. The oven was programmed in Celsius and calculates in Fahrenheit, if you need it. (Fahrenheit is by the way the stupidest unit ever.) You can easily switch between both units, just with long touching the key (lock) button. Even without any useful manual, it’s not that hard to figure out how everything works; if you don’t live at the dark side of the moon. One more useful tip. The light goes off after a while. To turn it back on, just touch the key button short and then ok.

I like the fact that it bakes very good, I don't like the fact that it seems to take a long time for the oven to get up to the temperature very fast. The manual doesn't explain the directions so I can understand them. I don't know how to get the light on when I need it, When I start my oven the light comes on and shuts off about 2 minutes after that. I would like to be able to to send the timer after The oven gets up to proper temp, but if I don't put some numbers in the timer , my oven shuts off. I just don't know what to do about these problems. I am sure I wold really like the oven if I could make it function properly. Thank for listening!.

I like how the function was designed. Some of them are pretty useful. The look is great. I haven't had so many compliment in years. I am very satisfied.

Great oven for its value. Flame is strong and installation was easy. The only downside is regulator was not included but those aren't expensive so I guess it's ok

Great quality! We've been using it for a while now. The features are great and it uses less electric. The sleek modern design is just wonderful! I absolutely recommend it.

Fairly simple. Just like an oven, but the timer is On/Off switch on this one. We liked it very much.

Of the times I've had this oven, I have received numerous compliment from my friends and they all loved it!The funny thing is that this product is advertised as DIY service needed but even all other big brands needs DIY service or hiring some installer LOL

I was too busy before receiving the item and didn't know it got return, but seller sent a replacement in very timely manner. The oven does look very nice, and fits the space we needed exactly.Must recommend this oven

My cabinet guy actually told me not to order this brand because he heard many bad experience from it, but I couldn't resist the look so I though I would give it try. Luckily, Empava did not disappoint me. For one, this oven looks spectacular! (Of course, that's why I bought it) Then for the installation, I didn't do it, but the electrician only charged me one hour for it so I assume it's rather simple. Last, the performance. I was deliberately cooking foods from this oven. I used 3 times so far, all of them came out as I wanted. So I guess my conclusion is that Empava does make decent product.

The packaging was very well designed and I received it with no issue. In terms of quality, it works perfectly. I like the fact it has a default time of 2 hours unless you adjust it. I'm the kind person that tends to forget things a lot so that function really helps with the safety issue.

I waited a little while before I started reviewing this product because I needed to see its performance overtime since it's a big appliance.. Well, the result was satisfying. I used it for baking cookie, roasting turkey, and did a simple broil and all worked as it should.The main reason I bought this is because of its look. But with these cheaper ones I always worry about the performance since they are the main purpose of appliances. This one works out as it should. No issues.

For the price it's selling for, it's definitely worth it. Its function isn't as fancy as it depicts, but for this price, it definitely looks gorgeous and works fine.

Installation manual was fairly easy to understand. My husband was the one installing it but I provided instruction to him from the manual and it worked like a charm Lol

Arrive with slight dent but barely noticeable and on the back which we don't see. The functions is simple (as a normal oven)., but it does look really beautiful.

Perfect size, great design. I like the timer on it.

Excellent economic oven. I've been use it for a few months. Works perfect.

Food is cooked evenly and I have more control over cooking time. It takes a while. This oven is slow to heat up, so if you're in a hurry this oven may not be ideal.

Wow what an underrated kitchen appliance!!! This thing is the best oven I’ve ever used, I will upgrade to five stars if I can figure out how to switch it back to Fahrenheit and keep it locked so I don’t accidentally turn it on. It’s a great cooking device though I’ve really enjoyed having a convections oven and the rotisserie function is sick! I used the rotisserie for the first time tonight on a chicken I had in a brine for 2 days...delicious.Brownies turned out great on the convectional bake settting.Works great for heating up my leftovers quickly on convectional roast setting.

It is a bit hard to use the controls but is good value.

The oven was very wall packaged and was received in excellent condition. I love the fact that it doesn’t work without setting the timer. A night shift RN rents from me and she greatly appreciates it also. Falling asleep from exhaustion and waking up to burnt food is one less thing she has to worry about.

This product came today. It was well packed and appears to be all or more than I expected. Installation is scheduled for this weekend and I have confidence that everything will go well. We look forward to using this excellent Appliance.

Unable to get this oven to turn on without using the timer! However, Ilove the modern appearance, and cooks evenly, so far!

The oven looks and performs exactly as expected. So far, no complaints whatsoever.
