The hasp is made out of the “standard” 304 grade (one of the lowest) of stainless steel, and is already showing signs of rust. I suspect the grade is actually lower, or failed to meet SS specifications. It’s Everbilt, made in China; I’m not surprised.

I created a little charging station for my new EV (Electric Vehicle) and I wanted to lock it down, just in case, so no one would try to steal my charging cable as they are expensive. So I was able to add two of these with locks and feel that it is much more secure now. It won't stop someone that is determined to get in there, but it will slow them down or possibly deter them hopefully.

The Hench was an easy installation looks pretty durable and was the perfect size

Screws are garbage rest is not.

I needed a hasp for a tack room. We keep horse feed, saddles, etc. So, I needed the hasp to be galvanized and secure.
