It works like a champ. No issues with bad threads or anything like that.

Threaded rod was good quality. Worked well for what I needed it for.

This is a standard threaded metal rod.. we used it to extend supports in a fence to support a gate. No issues to speak of, we were happy to have it in a long rod form so we could cut it ourselves to the length we needed.

Rod performed reasonably well. However, it is a little brittle. If the rod experiences any stress perpendicular to the rod, it fractures. The rod needs to be a little more mallible in order to allow for flexing along the plane perpendicular to the rod. Once this characteristic is recognized, a bit of caution in use of the product allows safe and proper use.
