This is a great product for a DIY homeowner. It did a great job cutting thru my exterior brick to put in a slider door. Pros are the price and its lighter than a gas powered model. Cons are this will even trip a 20A circuit occasionally and it creates a ton of dust without being able to control by water.

Ordered this online and it arrived before the projected date. Used it today for the first time and it works GREAT! I'm building a block retaining wall and using it to cut 8" thick concrete blocks, some of which are hollow and some are solid. Because the depth of cut is only about 4" I have to cut from both sides but the saw is powerful, well balanced, and cuts this material well and fast. No idea about the reliability with such short exposure but I'm very pleased so far and recommend the saw highly based on this usage.

This saw is easy to use and gets the job done! The price is amazing compared to other concrete saws and works just like I hoped it would. We have had this saw for about a month and have used it many times. Our project is to cut out an old foundation into rectangular pieces to use as pavers around the yard. One thing you will need to do is use a larger amp breaker, we have been using a 20 amp breaker and it still can flip the breaker upon start up. However, once you get it going it runs nice. The blade is holding up but I think it will need to be replaced before we finish.

The product works as advertised. I would recommend this product to anyone needing to cut bricks or concrete. Be aware, this saw will require a 20 amp circuit breaker. I first tried to run the saw on a standard 15 amp outlet and it tripped the circuit breaker twice so I connected it to a generator with a 20 amp circuit breaker and it performed very well without tripping the generator circuit breaker.

Right on the money. It has a 15 Amp plug and doesn't need a 20 Amp to 15 Amp adapter as the Home Depot website suggested. It has a comfortable grip, it's heavy that helps with applying needed pressure, cuts smoothly. If you apply too much pressure, it will trip the breaker. This saw is perfect for smaller projects. We used it to make an opening in a slab to get to pipes underneath it.

I opened up a closet in a block house to create an offset niche for a toilet. I made two cuts from the floor to ceiling in order to make the door opening wider. The walls were 4” thick concrete block walls, covered with approximately 3/4” plaster on each side of the block. This saw cut through the material with no problem, and the blade that came with the saw handled the job with no problem. I used a shop vac that was attached to the exhaust port on the saw. This helped nominally, and it got very dusty, very quickly- which I expected as it is a dry saw. The saw is also fairly heavy, but I let the saws rotation help pull the saw for me as I made my cuts verically from floor to ceiling. I made two passes with each cut. The first being a shallow cut, with the follow up pass being the deeper one. In my opinion: this saw did what i needed it to do. I purchased this saw using the Home Depot app. It was a great, hassel free buying experience from product research, to purchase, to shipment and local store pick up.

Great tool for the money. I have only used it once so far, but glad I bought it.

Met all my expectations, used it to cut concrete away from a steel pipe on the deck of my swimming pool. Made many 4 inch cuts around the pipe which was leaking due a freeze. The saw was very effective, made accurate and smooth cuts, able to split the concrete away from and save part of the pipe. Saved me unknown big bucks. At 78 years old, the saw was a little heavy, but the power and cutting ability was great with the blade that came with the saw.

The saw w/blade included exceeded my expectations for value and performance. A great tool to invest in for a at home DIY person or professional contractor.

Purchased this to replace my gas saws that keep getting carb issues. I have been doing hardscapes for 17 years and now have my own company. This saw is lighter so less fatigue when cutting all day. Blade that comes with it is very good. I'm going to order 2 more for the rest of my crew. I recommend this saw.

We own an older house and the wooden window casings are rotted and peeling. Since we were planning to update the windows anyway, we decided to re-mount them, flush with the exterior of the house, for a cleaner, more modern look. We bought this saw to cut through the brick and concrete block so the interior and exterior openings would be equal. The saw cuts like butter! I was initially concerned that the cuts would look too rough and choppy, and that the handling would be a mess, but it has been smooth and easy to control.

Great saw for the price very powerful

Bought this saw to demo a three-season room. I got a demo blade from another website and off I went. Well After about 10 hours of use I can report that this saw does a good job. It is heavy and you will be tired at the end of the day, but it cuts. I used it to cut the roof into pieces. It went through the shingles paper and roof sheathing no problem, nails who cares saw right through them. I probably should have gotten another blade but even when it was getting dull the saw kept going. Wear googles, hearing protection, eye protection, gloves a mask, and off you go.

The saw cut well and had plenty of power.

Used saw to cut 2 1/2” thick stone plus 2” concrete pavers. Saw worked great once I got used to it’s power range. I’m sure it would have been even better with a superior blade but the included blade did the job. Laid a 6’ x 24’ pathway. Took longer to cut stones at the end but still did the job.

I have used fuor time and work good save me time and money

Has this saw for almost a year, saved a lot of money vs renting, and is on hand when I need it. Used it around my home cutting dozens of pavers and bricks. Cut a part of my concrete porch, which took a bit of time. Bigger saws will do a quicker job at a much higher price. This saw is a bargain for the price, it is affordable for around the home for the handy man. Being electric, I would not use water for dust control which is a drawback, but again, look at the price, lots of bang for the buck.

Cut through concrete blocks with ease

Very well constructed for this price point. A well/properly balanced tool. I highly recommend this toot.

This product worked well for sawing concrete in a confined space. I hooked a powerful shop vac up to the dust port and was able to keep 90% of the dust down.

This tool is ready to go as soon as you take it out the box. Got the job done in a small confined space!!

Excellent concrete saw!!! Cut through 4” thick concrete essentially effortlessly! Powerful yet compact enough to fit into tight areas. Well built and designed. Obviously rugged but still light enough to handle well. I love this saw!!!
