Good Quality - Easy Assembly
I bought this composter based on the pictures provided on the Home Depot website. It looked sturdy and durable, thus it was appealing to me. This unit came in five main parts. Four identical sides and the top lid. Little parts like lock-pieces or soil-anchor-plates were included, too, of course. The identical side walls make the composter easy to assemble, meaning you don't have to think twice where to put which part. After assembling and locking the sides you just click and lock the lid and your composter is ready to go. I was caught by surprise though that this composter does not have a base plate. I had composters like that before and all of them provided a base which kept the compost from direct contact with the soil and prevented critters from possibly digging their way into the compost. That's the only reason why I gave 4/5 stars. The design feature of creating all sidewalls identically is very smart, though leaving you with a redundancy: "Who needs a bottom access lid on every side of a composter?". Saying that, it is not a downside, because the lids are sturdy enough to hold the dirt, that's why I call it a feature, not a flaw. This composter is a german product made out of recycled plastic. In my opinion this origin still resembles good quality products - like "made in the U.S.A.".

Disappointing purchase
The first one we received was broken, but we went ahead and ordered a replacement. The replacement was intact when we receieved it. However, one of the feet broke as we were assembling it. We are using it, but it was more difficult to assemble than I had anticipated and I am worried that it will not hold together for very long.

Little disappointed
My compost tumbler was stolen, so went with this less expensive model. Was easy to assemble, but continues to come apart at the sides. It is only half full, so can't believe it is the weight. Trying to secure the sides with ratcheting tie downs. Wouldn't suggest this model

Cheap Materials, Poor Desgn
Following the printed instructions, I found assembly quite difficult. The composter is made of flimsy light-weight plastic that will simply not hold up, unlike the one it replaced that was sturdier and lasted 15 years. Both hinge brackets broke in my hand as I tried to install them; the lid is, therefore, unsecured and sure to blow away. Installation of the top corner brackets required the use of a utility knife to trim the sides. One top corner bracket broke as I tried to install it. One foot bracket arrived in the box already broken.

    Good Size, but Poor Design
I had one of these for four years and left it after I moved and will not buy another one. It has a large capacity, so is good for yard waste. The problem is that when you assemble it you slide the sides together at the corners to lock it into place. If the composter is on uneven ground the corners will pop out of place quickly. If you put in grass clippings or other heavy types of waste and need to turn it, a corner will eventually fail. I was still able to use it with 3 corners connected and one partially, but it became a pain to try to keep the fourth corner connected so all the waste didn't come out and the thing just fall apart.

    Good Value
I had been scouring the classifieds for a used compost bin to no avail. Why are squares of plastic so stinking expensive?!?! After reading the reviews I was hesitant to order the Termoquick as I have two much more expensive compost bins. Admittedly the design is not the greatest for assembly but obviously works for packaging and shipping. Install can be a challenge but once you figure out one side the next three go pretty quickly. I set up the compost bin by myself. It helped to be on a stable surface like concrete rather than dirt or lawn. I love the large capacity. I expect that it will perform like a compost bin should. I'm an avid home composter. For the price, this is a good option.

      Overpriced and poorly designed.
Difficult to assemble and the instructions are poorly written. The wrong corner securing clips were packaged with this product. The lid is not securely fastened to the container and lacks a functioning locking system. Not for the serious gardener.

      Rockin' 110 gal Composter
Product looks good and appears to be durable. Of course, we are in the desert with extreme heat four months out of the year so longevity is yet to be established.

somewhat flimsy construction, but does the job
easy to assemble; access to the compost for turning, etc. is easy from top or any side; lightweight

You get what you pay for.
I bought an inexpensive product in the hope that it would be good enough for my needs -- a place for lawn clippings and kitchen plant waste to turn into garden soil. I got a cheap product that will probably suffice, although it will most likely wear out much faster than the product it replaces.

      Very disappointed
The material is flimsy and flops around when you try to put it together. The instructions are not written in English, but are translated from another language, so they don't make sense. When I tried to install the clips, one of them broke and the lid cracked. On the plus side, customer service is very responsive, although she doesn't speak English well. They sent new clips and a new lid, but I still cannot figure out how to use the clips. I would have returned it, but I had already filled it with the contents of the older composter and I had nowhere to put the stuff. Don't buy this product.

        Not so hot
This was difficult to put together and has started to fall apart after two years. It is popping apart at the corners due to the weight of the compost. I'm going to have to empty all of the compost in order to try to repair it. Also, once loaded, it's difficult to turn to the compost due to the tapered shape of the bin. At $50 it'd be an OK buy, but it's certainly not worth twice that amount.

          No Good
Very difficult to assemble, either alone or with a buddy; even anchored, blew away and apart in wind storm; when trying to put back together - impossible, and plastic cracked. I tried to make it work, but line of least resistance is to return it, then try to pick up all compost scattered by animals which found it very easy to invade. Lose/lose/lost.

              Clip Broke
Went together pretty easily. struggled a bit with the lid hinge clips. One broke the first time I raised the lid. Be a while before I see if it works.

cracked corner but no hassle replacing it
The composter arrived with one piece being cracked. I called the number for the company that makes it and they said they would send a replacement panel. It is a pretty good product for the price.

Seems like it will work well. I bought it on sale and think that it was a good value at that price but I wouldn't pay the $100 full price.

                Space ...
Easy to put together by yourself. Heavy duty, but light enough to move around with a little effort. So far is holding regular kitchen compost and 3 wheelbarrow loads of leaves and is about 1/2 full. I would rate a 5, but haven't seen the finish product yet. I especially like that all 4 sides have a door at the bottom to remove what is finished.

                Sent it back
I sent it back. We put it together and found that the cover wouldn't close and the base pieces were very flimsy. I knew in a strong wind they would separate. The whole thing was too flimsy. I'm going back to the wooden structure we've had before.

                Great for beginners, like myself!
Shipping was fast, and the bin was very easy to install. I recommend having an extra person just to hold pieces in place as you assemble. It took maybe 15 minutes by myself. I assembled it on my patio and then carried it to another part of the yard, and it didn't fall apart in transit. It held a lot more than I expected, which was good because I had a large compost pile to put in it. So far, so good, my yard looks MUCH tidier, the bin is discreetly tucked away, and we'll see before long how good the results are.

Initially great - but then fails
Looks good and easy to put together - BUT, once it's actually in use - and over half way full it comes apart when you attempt to turn it. I also have a Soilserver and a Bio Stack - they are far better.

                  Fast shipping & fast assembly
The composter was shipped very fast & assembly was easy. I'm new at composting and have started to fill the composter up; can't wait to see the results. It seems to be very sturdy and well made.

                  better looking compost situation
I just got this less than 2 weeks ago so don't know yet how well and how long for a finished product. I moved my old compost pile into this one. This is better than just a pile on the ground...it's contained and hidden, looks nice next to my raised beds. I was able to add other elements like dirt, leaves and grass clippings in layers. The air slots on the sides are going to make it all work better. About the assembly, I did it alone in about 15 min. as it was starting to rain...another hand would have been helpful. The instructions are slim, but it's not rocket science.

                    Good size
It was a little frustrating to put together, but it is sturdy and a good size for a back yard. I haven't had it a long time, so I don't know how well the stuff composts. The green color blends with the back yard.

The composter is a good size, the instruction were not that good and I had a problem lining the sides up. I'm hopeful that I will learn how to do this right , because it could help save me money by not having to pay for dirt.

This product was easy to assemble but the instructions are too brief. Look at the pictures instead. This composter is much larger than I expected, but not too large. Once assembled, it's not easy to move so you better assemble it in place.
