they do not service the 3 year warranty advertised on the battery. there are no dealers in the USA that i can find. none in Billings Mt where I live. It is a scam and fraud knowing you can not get the warranty honored as advertised yet continuing to sell them as 3 year free replacement

Just bought. Had great reviews. Easy to choose group size at store. Liked that it was not a far east battery.

The return policy was explained to me and I was advised to make a photo of the receipt in that the print would fade over time.( not that there would be any problems)

It was convinient to find a battery at Home Depot WhereI can buy diferente products at same time

Replaced the ten year old battery in my f-150. Now it cranks right up once again!

priced to high, Costco is $20 less and better return policy. Home Depot will not take it back, have to Find an Exide Dealer, non existent in Idaho.

They need to rotate inventory to keep fully charged batteries on the shelf. The 2 we bought were very low and required a charge

Looking 2replace pricey Group 65 Batt, my Ford needs 800+ CCA 2B OK. Search internet, found Exide Sprinter MAX for $119 w/850 CCA AND 3Y replacement at HD, A+! Got it, put it in, never heard starter sound so peppy! FRESH&POWERFUL @ install (hope will last). Prob1- Some sitting for 6+ months(date sticker). Prob 2-Got 2take it 2 Cust Serv 2 buy, pay full, THEN refund core? Prob 3- Asked CS & have no idea about the 3Y replacement said need 2 go 2 Exide?! Asked Management also no idea?! FIX THIS HD!

After having my battery failed after 18 months, I decided to try out this battery. 3 year warranty and great price. Hopefully it lasts the 3 years in the AZ heat.

This is the 6th Exide battery I have purchased from Home Depot in the past 12 months. The prices are below any of the auto parts stores and have a better warranty, replacement plan. I have no idea why Home Depot got into the automotive battery business, but I for one am thankful.
