This unit work great making 0 ppm water 99.9% bacteria free. This unit will lower your waters PH to 6.5. If you use this water to drink you can buy a post filter to raise the PH. I don't drink my water and need 50 gals per day and this unit can handle my needs. I also have uv sterilizer to ensure my water is bacteria free.

Very easy to install, didn’t purchase for drinking water but for a stand alone ice maker. Crystal clear ice cubes! Love it.

The color coded lines helped so much. The water is fresh and my ice is so clear! I was happy with the city water, but bought this for my sister. I'm amazed at the difference.

Easy install and very quiet. We have had others that were really noisy. The water is crystal clear. So worth the money and no more hauling heavy water bottles. Very happy with this purchase.

easy installation, after 2 days of use i see small droplets of water leaks, need to see how to fix.

Great R/O system. Quality components, large filtering material, leak detector/shutoff, ease of installation and extra 4 filters make this a great buy. Also the replacement filters and the R/O membrane are lower cost than the competition.

Easy install and priced right. I had another system before and it was costly to replace filters. This unit comes with 4 replacement filters and I see you can purchase replacements at a reasonable price.

My drinking water tastes so much better.

It is working fine so far but one concern that I thought it would comes with brush nickel faucet but it came with shiny Chrome. Is there anyway can get the brush nickel

I purchased this filtration system for our well water supply. The water has always tested clean so I didn't need a whole house filter but we've got a lot of new construction going on in our neighborhood, and we're surrounded by farmland where some of the owners spray indiscriminately, so we decided to be proactive. This is probably one of best DIY kits I've ever worked with (and I do a lot of DIY projects). I used both the instruction manual and the installation video and never ran into any confusion or glitches (both guides are excellent). Admittedly it took me about four hours but I was intentionally working slowly to avoid catastrophic leaks, and I was working in a pretty tight space under the sink. I did have one leak at startup that was my error: the filter canisters should look like the illustration when installed (label facing front). I didn't tighten the GAC filter completely and yes, of course, I had a leak. I caught it quickly so no harm done, and it was the only leak I experienced. Additionally, I don't think I've ever purchased any kit that was packaged as well as this product was, and none of the parts were missing. I was pleasantly surprised.

Assembly not difficult but takes time. Follow directions to the T. and you will have no trouble.

This water filtration system was easy to install and has improved the taste of our drinking water tremendously. Glad we purchased it.

I’ve been a customer for a couple of years now and i’m very satisfied with the products and the customer service. I had my furnace quit while away on vacation and had the filter bodies break when they froze. The leak stopper worked as it was supposed to and kept the water from running out when the water thawed. I had new filter bodies shipped out with help from customer service and was back to filtered water in five days. Free shipping and a good price for the filters is a plus. The system works as advertised and we would not hesitate to buy another should the need arise.

This system makes my water taste crisp and clean. I didn't install it myself but it didn't take my son in law very long to get it unboxed and installed. Extra filters are included and makes it easy for me to change the filters on time. The reservoir tank fits well under my sink and leaves me plenty of room for cleaning supplies. Highly recommend this system!

It is huge. At least twice as large as the one it was supposed to replace. Won’t fit under my sink with the garbage disposal so I will be returning it.
