First off, I don't know why HD is asking for a review before I ordered. I ordered Express Water RO end of May 2021. Had to wait for plumbing issues to resolve. Installed the unit end of October. Its only been three days. Seems to be alright. Water tastes good. What I don't like is the expense of the leak pads. Unit comes with three. The first one gets used testing for leaks the first time. The replacement cost is $15 for three leak pads. Quite a mark up for something that most likely costs less than five cents to make. My other unit wasn't designed for auto shut off. I never had a leak from it. I'm looking forward to a well engineered Express RO system.

Easy install,packaged well,instructions available online and included in kit.Replaced an older proline RO unit with this and used holes already in plumbing.

East to install and It was worth it.

I found the unit very easy to install. Living in south Texas we have to put up with very hard water that isn't very tasty straight out of the faucet. With my new RO system the water taste so good it doesn't taste like anything.

I didn't like it that i had to wait 2 days to taste the water.. it would be great addition if they add a 1/4 tee so the refrigerator can be connected.

More difficult to install than expected. Very skimpy on the supplied water lines... had to couple a piece of another color to reach. Start up was a nightmare as well... the only positive is the spare filters.

Yes! Best deal for the money! Tested the water and it has a remarkable only 6ppm of particulates. Talking about Pure!

This unit was easy to install and it improved the taste of the water...very pleased

Easy to install the 5 stage RO Took about 1 hour to complete the install. Haven’t measured the TDS and PH. The RO system is fed from salt based softener and backwashing catalytic carbon filter(Chloramine removal). On Irvine CA city water. The water tastes good and most importantly no more water bottles.

Very fine product. Excellent manual. Spare parts are great

I just installed it few weeks ago and it's working well till now. Hope can use it more years future.

RO filter went wrong after merely two months usage. It is blocking water now and need to be replaced.

I was so happy about my system, but I noticed that the water waste in the black line kept on running long after shutting off the faucet. Then went to their website and found that the system wastes 3 gallons of wate for every gallon of filtrated water. I dont understand how is that going to save me money?
