Mom loves her fireplace——the first one we ordered was damaged (A LOT!!) the second one was damaged but we were able to prepare it. Quality control needs to do a better job

came with a corner cracked
So dissapointed..... it is only 36 inches tall and there is a huge chink missing from the back left corner. The package was perfect sonit was swnt that way.

The unit is great. Unpacked well and just had to plug it in. Only downside is lack of directions for remote and no light switch for display

The fireplace was already assembled, sparing me that task. Operation is simple with the remote. It warms up my large finished basement on just the 70 degree setting. The LED light above the shelf is missing the electrical but it’s not a game changer. All in all, it’s a great product at an affordable price.

Well made and throws off a lot of heat. Wish there were better instructions regarding the light above the heating unit as it took a while to determine what the wire was for and where it plugged in but otherwise a very nice unit.

Not worth it!
I bought thinking it wiuld be perfect for a wekend home that is under 750 sq. ft. You can barrky even feel the heat come out this thing

Love this fireplace. perfect choice for our living room. The only thing we did not like: the light for the shelf does not have an on / switch. If you don’t want the light on you have to unplug. Not a big deal - would just be better with a switch. I would definitely recommend this fireplace.

Smaller than expected. Light over the display shelf will not turn off. Otherwise, I do like it a lot. The flames are beautiful, the heat is very good and the materials seem good.

Couldn’t give five stars because there is supposed to be a light on the shelf. There is a cord, but nowhere to put it. The cord is not shown on instructions at all. I emailed company weeks ago and no one has responded. As for product, it is very heavy. Very pretty. Great size for limited space. Keeps the area just around it nice and warm.

nice but
the fireplace is beautiful, easy to use, but it was filthy and dusty and the customer should not have to install a switch to avoid having the light on all the time

LED light issue
Should be a way to turn off the LED lights without having to reach around the back every time and unplugging them. It should be controlled on the remote. The whole point of it being against the wall is so you don't have to pull it away from the wall. Kind of disappointed in that issue.

When it's arrived we were really satisfied with the product. We got what we expected. Gorgeous!
Than when we started to use we realized the heating function is not working. It's turned out and never turned back! So we sent it back to the company! Customer service was great and helpful!

Be Careful
Heating element worked for about 2 minutes before it failed. Tried all the trouble shooting suggestions. No customer service number provided with instructions or on company's website. Will roll the dice and get a replacement, but not holding my breath.
