Pretty door,.....but
The woodwork i.e. the little nails holding the trim pieces on, the nail holes are not filled. Just the little things that is "attention to detail"....The door itself is beautiful, but the wood work is not real nice. I will have to fill all the nail holes and the seams where some of the "trim pieces" are not secured all the way before it can be painted. Not sure why the door price was almost $300 more than the web page price.. All in all, if you can spend about a $1000 more for a better door, get it. Cheaply made and for a premium price....oh yes, the glass is "very clear", so if a little privacy is important, don't purchase this door...

Door is great except the sidelight
I have the impression that one of the sidelights can be opened but realized that’s not the case. The 2 sidelights are fixed.

Door is Beautiful but there are some issues!!
Door was installed in September 2021 by a professional door installer.. There is light coming through at the top left corner. The installers tried to close the gap by adjusting the door frame but could not get the gap to close. The conclusion is that the door is slightly warped.. From the door knob down is closing properly but the top half is not closing fully.
Another situation is a weird one.. The door is making cracking/popping noise all day long since installation.

Depending which side (Latch or Hinge), some cases when installed the door can be racked if it is not installed plumb on the hinge side and latch jamb adjusted for constant contact to weatherstrip. (Basically installed following the drywall lines inside of the home). Cracking or popping, in some cases this may be the door acclimating to the opening and temp changes. Should stop once acclimated. What a beautiful door. Almost everyone in our neighborhood complement this door. It is absolutely gorgeous and continue to spin heads. I was even advise not to paint this door and so for now, we are not going to paint it. Absolutely beautiful white door. We love it!!!

The door was Out for delivery for 5 days! No...
The door was Out for delivery for 5 days! No reply from shipping company when I called. When it was delivered, one guy dropped it off and needed my help. The brick mold had to be removed and squared up. Other than that it’s mint!!
