did not dim. I am trying to match 65W 120 V 580 Lumens GE bulb.

The FEIT 120-watt daylight LED floodlight is a nice light. I'm not knowledgeable of the FEIT brand but the bulbs look and feel well built. They were packaged very well and are very bright. Since I have them in the outside motion sensing floodlight, I don't have a way to test the dimmable part but other dimmable LED's that I have dim very well. I recommend these bulbs.

I have a recess ceiling fixture in the middle of my living area of my house. The house has a pretty steeply vaulted ceiling, and I need a 10 foot long ladder to get to the bulb. I am not the youngest of all persons anymore, and I am a female and not that strong anyway to haul a 10 foot ladder in and out of my living area all the time to replace a broken bulb. because of these restrictions, I did not use this light at all. I now came across these LED bulbs that are nice and bright, and should last for quite a while. I now have this central light working again, and I hope very much that it will last a couple of years, and provide nice light for me.

The FEIT 120 watt LED 2-pack flood light is a nice set of bulbs. I myself have never heard of the FEIT brand but the bulbs are nice and bright. They can be used in can-lights inside but I since they are flood lights, I installed them in the outside motion sensing unit which has housings that cover the bulbs. These are dimmable bulbs, but since they are outside I don't have a way to use the dimmable portion, BUT, I have other LED bulbs inside that dim very nicely with no problems. Give these a try and I think you will be happy with them also.

These 120W equivalent BR40 LED flood bulbs are of same geometry as the incandescent bulbs for 6" cans, also includes a similar diffusor to increase the illuminated area. They turn on without delay or flicker. The 500K LED spectral distribution (referred to as 'daylight' ) may peak at the same wavelength as regular daylight, but is missing red component. If you use this bulb indoors everything will appear 'superwhite' and low color contrast in the reds. We installed one in a barn lamp, which gives a nice, wide illuminated area in front of the garage

The FEIT ELECTRIC 120-WATT EQUIVALENT BR40 DIMMABLE ENERGY STAR FLOOD LED LIGHT BULBS are impressive! So lightweight and so energy efficient, but so bright! With these long lasting bulbs, I will probably need a new fixture before I need new bulbs. I replaced a burned out bulb in my motion detector fixture, but this new bulb far outshined the old one, so I replaced them both. I like that they are mercury free. No need to have more poison around than necessary. I see they can be used on a dimmer inside, which you would definitely want - unless you are outfitting a surgical suite, lol.

The “enhance” product line of flood lights looks great and are well made. They are dimmable and ideal for high ceilings. The 1400 lumens of light is very bright, using only 15.5 watts of energy. The color is realistic and vibrant. Since the power consumption is low, there is no waste of energy on heat, making this light cool to the touch when running. The bright white 3000K color with a >90 color rendering index makes the light shine in more realistically and vibrantly. Its 25000-hour life expectancy guarantees the light will serve flawlessly for many years. Without mercury, it is friendly to the environment.

I have 2 flood lights that come on when someone drives in my driveway. I need to replace them and when I came across the Feit Electric 120-Watt Equivalent BR40 Dimmable ENERGY STAR Flood LED Light Bulb, Daylight 5000K (2-Pack) I decided that I would give them a try. Each LED Bulb only uses 15.5-Watt of electricity, which is up to 87% less energy than a standard 120-Watt incandescent light bulb. The box arrived in a couple of days, as I opened the box, I noticed the product box was wrapped tightly in bubble wrap. After cutting the bubble wrap off, I looked the Product box over and was drawn to the Picture of the Bulbs and the writing on the box. 120 Watt uses 15.5 watts. LED, in big bold letters. On the back of the box at the bottom is Lighting Facts. Using these lights 3 hours a day they will last 22.8 years. The estimated Yearly cost is $1.87 based on 3 hours a day at $0.11 per Watt. The light appearance is rated cool (5000K) 1400 Lumens. How cool is that. They will save me a lot of Money over the years. I took the 2 Light bulbs out of the box and took them over to the fixture on the left side of my Garage where the Flood lights are and installed these LED Light Bulbs. Even in the daytime sun you can really see how bright they are (see the attached picture). They will give me piece of mind when myself or someone else drives into my driveway. On the back of the box the top portion is the Warranty. Feit Electric offers a 3 year Limited Warranty free from defects or workmanship. Feit Electric is located in California. The bottom of the back of the box is the Lighting Facts. It gives the brightness, Estimated yearly cost, Life of the bulb, Light appearance and the energy used by each bulb. I am completely satisfied with the Feit Electric LED 2 pack of 120 Watt Energy Star light bulbs and will recommend them to family and friends.

I placed these in two of my kitchen cans. I was surprised, happily, by their large size (approximately 4.75 inch)...no gaps around the cans into the black abyss. The light is a bit more subtle than I expected, so I will keep some of the bright white lights near the work spaces. The light is a soft yellow; would be perfect for a bedroom or as secondary lighting. I dont have a dimmer on this switch, so I cant speak to that attribute. Now, if they last even half of the claimed 22 years, I will be thrilled. Get a good energy rating as well.

I love these Feit Electric 120 Watt BR40 LED bulbs in soft white. They are energy efficient and provide soft white light. They work perfectly in bedrooms or any area where you want to provide good lighting while maintaining a relaxing atmosphere. They are LED and dimmable and can last up to 22 years. I have a bedroom with vaulted ceilings and they provide great lighting. We are happy with Feit brand bulbs and highly recommend them.

Finally a solution to lighting problems for our below ground level game room. Lighting a large area partially below ground is a real challenge. We've tried other led bulbs and the room still felt dark and cavernous, something just felt off with the lighting. I was excited to try the Feit Electric 120 WATT BR40 Dimmable bulbs in Daylight and they made a huge difference. The lighting looks as close to natural light as possible. I even took a few pictures and they turned out great without the usual color cast. They are energy efficient and will last many years. We are so happy with the lighting and will be purchasing enough to do the entire level. I highly recommend these bulbs.

I got these bulbs to replace cool color lights in a very large room. They’re 120 watt equivalent with a nice warm 3000k color temperature that is easy on the eyes. They’re lightweight and dimmable as well. The life on these is up to 22 years so I hopefully will never have to replace them. Love these the light they throw off is bright at 1400 lumens.

I appreciate the light bulbs are completely sealed all of the way around. The lamps are light weight. I weighed one on my postage scale and it weighed in at a mere 6 ounces. I measured the power used with my power usage meter and it measured 13.4 watts. Overall these are sturdy, lightweight and energy efficient light bulbs with smooth dimming capabilities.

I needed to get some more outside bulbs so I went with Feit electric 120 watt that is equivalent BR 40.This 120 watt uses 15.5 watt. It is 1400 lumens and is dimmable.The bulbs are mercury free and can be used outside or indoors.With its enhanced vivid light that is all natural allows the color to appear more real.I learned the cost to operate per year would be about $1.87.So if you want awesome bulbs that are bright? Get awesome. FEIT ELECTRIC ENHANCED BULBS.

Seems to be a good light. There are a few things I would point out but not sure if makes a difference, but did surprise me. First the size of the bulb (see picture) much larger diameter than existing. Second even though its a 120 watt bulb the soft white is not near as illuminating as the existing 75 watt bright white bulb, but it is dimmable so that may have something to do with it. The FEIT has more of a yellow tint to its light. The energy rating is excellent and just a matter of type of light you want or need.

Great bulbs. For my application, more general lighting, than security, this soft white 2700K bulb works perfectly. If you were going more for security, I would choose the bright white. Oh, I'm using these bulbs outdoors. I do not have a dimmer on this circuit, so I can't tell you how that feature works. Our present house does not have any high ceilings, but if I had these available in our our house I would have been a happy camper with these LED bulbs - not having to get out that bulb changing extension rod all the time. Definitely recommend these bulbs for both indoor and outdoor use.

I have very a very high ceiling in my kitchen with track light heads on it. It’s 19’ tall on the highest wall. The kitchen is open to the family room with the same ceiling plane. It takes a LOT of light to illuminate an area that large from that high of a distance. We have been using six BR40 floods and one BR30 spot to do so. These lights are on at least five hours per day. Needless to say, we went to all LEDs eight years ago and, we do dim them when we can. LEDs of this size were new to the market and a lot more expensive back then. Two of the BR40 LEDs went out last summer and, due to the effort required to replace them, and because I was planning on modifying the track lighting as well, we have lived without them. I had the opportunity to acquire two FEIT BR40 LEDs recently and took advantage of it and replaced the two burned out light bulbs. To our eyes, there is no difference in illumination compared to what we had before. Here is a spec comparison of the new FEIT vs the old light bulbs that were replaced. (You have to interpolate. The FEITs are a bit lighter, which is a plus in this track lighting application. At least in my book. The only significant difference was in price, energy used, lumens output and manufacturer’s warranty. The FEITs are a better value at a 17% lower cost today. They are more efficient at 90 lumens per watt vs the 76 lumens per watt of the ones they replaced. They operate on 48% less electricity than the old ones, which with our electric rates at $0.27/kWh represents a significant savings on our utility bill over a ten year life. The dark side (pun intended) of the new FEITs is that their light output is 25% less than the bulbs they replaced. But frankly, we’re not noticing it. The manufacturers warranty makes little difference to me. I mean, the old bulbs went out before their 10 year warranty and, I actually did keep the receipts for those………..somewhere. But, who’s going to try and make a warranty claim on a $12 light bulb many years after the install? I can’t imagine what the previous owners were paying using BR40, 120W incandescent bulbs in these track light heads. Overall, I see the new FEITs as the better value and, if they last as long as the old bulbs did, we’re ahead of the game. YMMV.

The Feit Electric Natural Vivid Dimmable LED bulbs sold by Home Depot are perfect! They will last up to 22 years so I will not need to replace them for a while in comparison to the previous lights I had. I am able to dim and adjust the brightness to customize my ambiance needs. I like how the bulbs fit perfectly in the 6” ceiling cans I have, and fill most of the space so they hide the inside of the can when looking up. I highly recommend this product to anyone in need.

As it is next to impossible to get incandescent light bulbs or floods in California, I have spent a lot of time looking for something that would do the trick and at least kind of give me the light I needed. I found these Feit Electric floods and am extremely pleased with them. They give off really good light and are essentially indistinguishable from the 'regular' flood I had in there. They are a good replacement, and have a rated lifetime of over 20 years. Only drawback is that they can take a second to light up, especially when they are cold, but once warmed up they light instantaneously. Definitely recommended.

I purchased 16 of the Feit Enhance BR40 65w equivalent 3000k bulbs for our kitchen, dining, and living room. After swapping in these new bulbs there are huge color differences between bulbs (even two bulbs from the same box!). Thinking I was crazy, or the windows were causing a hallucination, I proceeded to swap bulbs around various locations of the house and comparing (images included). Some look like 2700k and others look closer to 4000k or even 5000k. Two bulbs were replacing another brand 2700k bulbs and the Feit 3000k bulbs are even more yellow than those! How is this amount of color deviation acceptable?! After the second bulb I could tell they were not the same but installed the rest for confirmation that I didn't receive one defect. Needless to say I'm very disappointed in the lack of QC on these.. All 16 will be returned.

Absolutely love these for my outdoor flood lights. Prior to installing these, the lights I had were just ok, they were yellow and very dull and would not illuminate very well. Then I installed these and wow, what a difference. I am now going to use these for all of my outdoor lights. I recommend these to anyone. Not sure how long they will last, my guess is this will depend on how much and how long you have them on.

This bright white BR40 reflector LED light bulb produces a similar light output while using less energy than a standard 65-Watt incandescent light bulb. This high performance bulb makes colors appear more realistic and vibrant. Get instant on to full brightness with relatively cool temperature. These BR40 bulbs should have an average life of 25,000-hours. Suitable for enclosed fixtures or outdoor use. I've installed them in a 35 year old recessed fixture in a bathroom.

Being surprised is an understatement. Purchased a very old house about a year ago and slowly remodeling it. My backyard lights are very old and about half working. Looked around and came up with these two new bulbs. Being LED was needed to reduce electrical costs. They are dimmable and attractive. The cost was amazingly low considering the quality, functionality and incredible life expectancy. A genuine high value investment.

It was recommended by a patron at the store. So far I’m happy with the light in my hallway.
