sturdy construction with a deep fire bowl
We love our Palermo Copper Fire Pit.
It was easy to assemble in about 30 minutes.
We live near the beach so we always have a breeze. We wanted a deep fire pit to block the wind and reduce blowing embers. This unit is great. Most of the other pits we shopped were 3-5" deep but this pit is at least 7" deep to the grate and 9" deep overall.
It is a very attractive addition to our patio and my grandchildren love roasting marshmallows over the fire.

Beautiful even with no fire going.
We have this firepit in the center of (4) red adirondak chairs in our garden. This one is unique in that the fire bowl is real copper instead of the more common "copper look". It came well packaged with all the necessary hardware and only took 20 minutes or so to put it together. Plus, it large enough to hold a couple of fire starter logs and a couple of real wood logs and still use the mesh spark cover.

Easy to Assemble
We purchased this Aug 7, 2020 and it was easy to assemble & very attractive. Appreciated that it came with fire screen, tool & cover. Unfortunately, we have been unable to use it since there has been a fire ban in Northern California. Maybe next year?

After one fire the copper color has peeled off of...
After one fire the copper color has peeled off of the fire pit and it looks like it has been left to weather for years when it was just taken out of the box. Was very disappointed in the quality.

This fire pit is genuine copper – not painted or treated to achieve its copper color – so there is no finish that should be present to be "peeling." Color shifts are natural and typical of all copper once exposed to heat, moisture, etc. Copper patina can often be lessened by applying a commercially-available copper/brass polish. We would love to see an image of your fire pit to determine whether the change in appearance is within the typical expected range or not.

Well made, and beautiful
We love our Palermo Fire Pit. It assembled easily and quickly, and looks really nice on our patio. My husband was impressed with the quality of material, welds, and overall design. We feel it will last a long time, and look forward to enjoying it for quite a while.

A very nice looking fire pit, the copper work is...
A very nice looking fire pit, the copper work is stunning, however the attention to detail was a little lacking. One of the holes for the screw that holds the leg on was not tapped with threads, fortunately I had the proper size metric tap. For those that asked about the thickness of the copper, I would guess it is about the same as the steel ones I have seen about 18 - 20 gauge.
