I have several AC units in my home - all are Frigidaire. I did not mount my recent 12K BTU as yet - but I am sure it will perform as well as my other units do. Frigidaire ACs are competitively priced and I am happy with the performance.

Pretty quiet, although once in awhile we will hear a slight rattling noise, but seems to go away after a short time. Maybe the way it sits in the window? But so far I am satisfied with my purchase!
