Very quite air conditioner and cools the room nicely.

Very pleased with this portable A/C. We are using it in the master bedroom, cools the room quickly and is not too noisy that it wakes us. The fan is set to run continuesly and the compressor turns on and off as needed.

Love it, does a great job keeping my garage cool!

Great product!

This product is well made and performs very well. I prefer to sleep in a cold room and this unit has no problem keeping the temp at 68 degrees in my 12x15 bedroom. I add a small table fan pointed toward a corner of the ceiling which helps better circulate the air in the room. I've had other a/c units and in comparison, this one is relatively quiet. The only drawback is that the different modes are printed on a black stripe at the top of the unit. The print is small and difficult to read in dim light. If you use the remote there's no problem. *** Set-up was easy once I figured out the trick to threading the exhaust hose onto the connectors. The hose has a slight cutaway at the ends that allows for beginning to start screwing the hose onto the connector. It's easy to miss seeing it. This should be mentioned in the instructions but isn't.

It’s a good air conditioner, but the part that goes in the window is poorly designed. It was difficult to install. It’s wide at the bottom and narrow at the top. It would make more sense to make it the same width from top to bottom; I have a window slider. It took a lot of foam to make it fit. Is there a different kit or did I receive a defective kit?

Happy with it

Unit works well in Dry mode to super cool our apartment bedroom. Found that Cool mode just didn't cut it. Have not had to drain it in a month, but have already cleaned the filters. Pretty quiet, no louder than a widow unit.

My friends husband assembled it and he did not seem to have trouble putting it together. Have only had it together a week or so and am pleased with it.

It's a good product

The unit cools well in a small room. It is not very noisy. The only difficult part was connecting the long vent to the unit and the window. It took longer than expected.

Better than expected. Connecting rings to vent tubing a bit confusing, could used better directions and pictures but doable. Nice cold air with minimal noise.

Outstanding performance!

Overall, good. Control panel is flat on top which makes it impossible to see when sitting or lying in bed. If you want to change the direction of the louvers you need to use the remote and it changes from A/C to fan, then you have to change it back to A/C. There's room for design improvements.

Fairly simple to set up and operate. Doesn't cool quite as much area as you would expect and a little on the noisy side. Remote was already synced up out of the package but only worked for 1 day and now it doesn't work... I do like that it is on casters because it is quite heavy.

The cooling specified for the area is in accordance for the b.t.u. I have a 10,000 but Frigidaire for 450 sq. Ft. It cools maybe a 300 sq. Ft. Room to a 70 degree mark..only if it's below 68 degrees. It's junk. The fan speed alone has no depth for the areas needed cooling. In other words, if you have a hot room needing cooling, do not buy this. I stood in front of this thing and measured 4 ft. Of fan pushing air out. Wow. Put a standard fan in front to help pull air out..helped a little bit but nope. If the temp Outside is more than 80 degrees, you're s##t out of luck bud. It's gonna be a hot one. My area needed to cool? It's a loft, a measly 355 sq. Ft. Get a window unit. They never fail.

Had it in for 3 days and it did not cool our 10x15 area at all. I won't buy another.

This product is a LITTLE over-rated as far as cooling power goes but great for a regular sized room of 8 x 10. I however like it very cold. I believe that this unit would probably satisfy the average person who uses a 6,500 BTU A/C. I do not rate this as a powerful unit even though it says 10,000 BTU I would say it is equivalent to a 6,500 or maybe a 7,500 BTU unit. I have a 12,000 BTU unit in MY bedroom and I can get the room so cold I would have to use 2 blankets to stay comfortable. Things I like about this product: Remote control is great. Easy installation (even though we did a permanent installation using PVC pipe through the wall). Takes up very little space and it beats having an unsightly window unit blocking the view! Operating about 3 weeks now with no problems. It is VERY QUIET compared to a window unit.

The unit looks attractive and was easy to install. However, it baaaarely keep a 300ft/sq sun room from being hot when the blinds are closed on a 90degree day when people are present although it is rated for a 450 ft/sq space. I expected a cool space since it is rated about 1.5x the space size. Also, the remote control does not work unless i stand close to the unit. I may as well not have a remote!

I got this and like others said it struggles to cool the area mentioned. it barely even reduces the temperature in a room thats 200 sq ft by 10-15 degrees. Gave it a few days. will be returning asap

Air conditioner was exactly as described.

Great unit, In 92 degree weather, kept 750 sqft apartment cool to 78-79 degrees. Theplacement of a couple of fans was important though to cool this much area. Used forthree weeks until central air could be fixed, and it worked out great. Not too cool butenough to be comfortable and in a area twice the size as recommended.
