Too much rinsing before the chemical taste is gone. It wastes much water it also does not last long before it decreases pressure and only trickles water (3-4 month) with minimal use and no ice making

Easy to install and store salesperson located for us on her phone what model fit our fridge and found it for us in store

After installation of filter the installation instructions said to run 3 gallons of water through the system. I actually ran 5 gallons through it but it still has a charcoal taste. They need to adjust their manufacturing process to correct this or maybe this was a copycat product.

First of all, we have this on the subscription plan, it was on back order and never shipped. but there was stock at our local store, so I drove and got it. then when I put it in, it leaked towards the back of the fridge. I took it out and put the old one back in. it was fine. I tried the new one again and water still streamed out. So I returned it and got a new one. This new one did not leak and is fine now. I read online of someone else having this same issue. So I was not happy with not getting my filter with my subscription and I was not happy having to drive to home depot twice in one day due to the defective filter but customer service at Home Depot in Plymouth did a good job having my product in stock and with made the return easy.

Good water filter but very expensive

The delivery was bad

I bought two filters. The first filter was defective and leaked. Fortunately the second filter was not defective and worked properly. Home Depot did refund me for the defective filter.

Why wrong store!! Delivery to wrong store. No way to re direct or change.

Delivered on time with care, i would recommend Home Depot delivery service to friends and family .

Necessary, but too expensive.

The item was faulty and had water leaking. I don't know if it was used or refurbished. This has never happened before. The quality is not what it used to be. I will be exploring my options.
