The performance has been outstanding. Heats very quickly, sears the meat on both sides, and clean up is easier than a traditional grill. However, the front door panel was dented. A replacement from the company arrived and it doesn't even come close to fitting (Manufacturing defect?). Still awaiting the second replacement. Three stars until the $500 spent is made right.
