We know that can be frustrating, with ice cream we recommend keeping it toward the back wall of the freezer, that is the coldest area. We know this isn't ideal, and we completely understand any frustration this might cause. For newly installed refrigerators, please allow about 24 hours for the unit to cool down and stabilize. If 24 hours have passed and the controls have been set properly but the unit is still warm, you may need to schedule service.
