Great fit, perfect storage and energy efficient We love it !

All items listed are technical defect know by GE but not repaired before shipping. 1 At 6 mths change water filter with OEM product. Which creates air pocket in ice water supply line which will freeze and not allow water to flow to ice maker. ( Two service calls one to diagnose and order parts to only return and repair.) Repair is to put heated water line to freezer. 2 Two weeks later freezer covered in ice inside. When ice maker call for water it sprays inside freezer. (Two service calls same as above) Replace heated line, and all ice maker parts. 3 Two weeks later freezer iced over and rubbing fan to flow air to refrigerator box. Now Technical bulletin defect have to replace Main Board so it can regulate defrost cycles. (Two service calls same as above) which requires take off work to be present for services. GE won’t replace unit unless it’s deemed un-repairable after replacing parts. But they want you to buy extended warranty. Even with known quality issues. At 9 months old and me complaining they offered 1 year extra warranty because of known issues. Another know issue is the spring loaded baffle on left door between French doors only has one spring to hold in place, and top plastic tip has play when closed. This causes warm air to get in box and condensation.

Love the slate color but not the stainless steel handles. Freezer door isn’t ‘solid’ and we lost a lot of freezer space due to the drawers, dividers and ice bin. Water dispenser is not cold at all and it is in an odd place so you must use both hands to dispense water opposed to a press and hold type. We lost space because the door shelves are big and bulky with limited space to adjust height. You either have too much space or just a few inches.

We love our GE fridge it's very roomy and the ice maker is quiet and makes a lot of ice. One problem the water dispenser is too slow waste electricity having the door open takes so long to fill up a cup of water. Other than that it's the best fridge we have owned. We had whirlpool and LG.

This appliance is perfectly sufficient for all of our needs. I knocked it down a star because it is a basic model without modern features and also, and mostly, because it is a little bit noisy. Our previous refrigerator barely made any sound at all and this one makes audible noises fairly constantly. As in, it's a little surprising how much noise this appliance makes. The freezer is on the small side also, so if you have a large household take that into consideration.

Love this refrigerator!. Contractor messed up on opening for refrigerator and I had to go with a smaller than standard. This was one of few french door refrigerators that had a water dispenser inside...( I did not want it on the outside as you lose so much space inside refrigerator) The only thing I am not truly happy with, is the design of the water dispenser. Very difficult to get anything under the 'stubby' tube... so I extended it with a piece of clear tubing. Much easier to dispense in a wide range of drink containers.

33” French door refrigerator. I’ve only had it 5 1/2 days so far. But the fridge is very quiet. I barely can hear the ice drop. It has a water spicket inside the fridge and the water comes out cool which is nice. So far I’m happy with my GE appliances. I prefer to do my reviews after a year to give a better real life experience with a product. But they asked for a review when I registered the fridge. So here it is. But I’m happy with my GE choice.

I really don’t like the bottom pull out on my front door. It don’t open good and it don’t shut good. Looks like it’s cheaply made and wondering how long it’s gonna last me and that’s my opinion.

It is the perfect size for my kitchen. I like the layout of the shelves and drawers. The icemaker works well. I was also surprised by how quiet it is

We had a GE side by side, looking for the slate color and size required we found this one. It is wonderful. I can find my food again. Seems like more room than my older side by side and it has a cubic foot less!!

The size and fit are perfect in my kitchen. It's an unusual width and is the only one on the market that fits the bill! It has so much storage as well. My only feedback is that the filtered water in the fridge isn't very cold which will hopefully change over time.

This is the second GE fridge that we have purchased since Memorial Day. The first one we purchased had to get replaced due to an overrunning compressor freezing the water in the door. We opted for this model as the replacement because we didn’t want to risk running into the same issue as before. We got this unit towards the end of July from a local appliance retailer who has been the best and most helpful. Less than a month after receiving the fridge I noticed a puddle of water inside the cabinet behind the left side drawer where the water valve is. When the water on the side of the cabinet is being used the water valve leaks. We currently have an appt set up with the retailer we used for have it diagnosed and fixed as the valve itself could be leaking or one of the lines is cracked. I did the research and read the reviews and was hoping I would have better luck with GE appliances but that doesn’t seem to be the case. We bought an extended warranty and it seems like it will be coming in handy if this unit makes it out of the warranty period.

I bought the GR Refridgerator model GNE25JYKHFFS and it’s a really nice addition to my kitchen because I had a limited space to put in a nice refrigerator and this is perfect. Great model great doors and drawers and freezer. So far so good😉

I just got it in my home. So far, it is everything that I wanted for the size I needed. I have always used GE products in my kitchen and I have always be very happy with them! So, I don’t expect anything less from this refrigerator at all!

I love the large freezer on the bottom. But only after one week a shelf broke, the bracket snapped. I now have to wait almost one month for a replacement. And this refrigerator was not cheap!

It has a lot of room for a 33 inch wide looks very nice and the freezer has enough room to store pizzas has enough freezer space. I like that there is no outside ice and water because it gets everywhere. I drink mostly bottled water. I’m very pleased with this refrigerator.

Large door shelves, large bins for fruits and vegetables lot of storage space on interior shelves. Freezer is large and the ice maker is great. The price was fantastic. The stainless is very easy to clean. We love our fridge.

I love the refrigerator. I just got it installed today. My sister has the same one for 1 year now with no issues!!! Highly recommend it looks so good in my kitchen

First fridge was defective. Failed within 24 hours. Loud vibrations due to compressor / pump malfunctioning. New fridge delivered / installed today. We shall see how this one holds up.

We love this fridge. It's everything we wanted. There's more room inside than it would seem. The cold water and ice dispenser is not located "in" the door which saves at least enough room for an extra 1 gallon milk jug. The only con: I wish the "crisper" draw had independent drawers so you don't have to open both refrigerator doors to pull it out.

The shelves in the door have a short small shelf at the bottom. You cannot see what is in them due to the bigger shelf above. It cannot move to the top. No butter container. Water dispenser is awkward.

What's great butt? Stop cooling yesterday and we have only had it for 3 weeks

Big storage,but I don’t like the ice maker design.
