Hi there, and thanks for letting us know about your experience. We’re very glad you like the oven overall, and particularly like the quick heating, burner feature and ease of cleaning. But we do hate to hear you’ve had some trouble with the range turning off and ruining food, and also aren’t happy with having to reset the clock and the non fingerprint resistant finish. We always want to provide a great experience, and both your positive feedback and concerns will be shared with our team for review. If it might be helpful, you can lock the control panel so that pressing the pads doesn’t activate the controls, though please note that this is primarily useful while you’re cleaning; if you lock the controls while the oven is in use, the baking/broiling may turn off. Details about locking the controls are available on page 10 of the manual, linked here: https://images.thdstatic.com/catalog/pdfImages/a2/a25c78bf-28b7-4aaf-8796-4289c0b0ef29.pdf .
