Electric/microwave combo is great. Easy to use and cooks at temp selected. The only thing I don’t like are the racks, they don’t slide well at all.

This oven not only looks fabulous in our kitchen, but it has some really great features that make cooking a real pleasure.

The microwave and oven cook well and evenly. The oven was 25 degrees F too hot and had to be adjusted. There is no built-in wifi so you'll have to set your clock yourself and it will never get any updates or new features. The beep when it's done microwaving, baking, or pre-heating is so quiet it may as well be non-existent. It cannot be made any louder through settings. It cooks well and evenly and looks nice. I bought it on sale. 3/5

I feel the pull down door on the microwave is inconvenient,especially when it comes to cleaning the microwave. Also my u nit it is three weeks old, and every time I cook vegetables when steam and water is needed, the microwave door steams up between the glass and I am unable to wipe it off. Can’t see in the microwave,are the seals bad, or is this poor design?

I had this unit shipped overseas (Philippines) and had it installed by a licensed electrician using the 3-wire install instructions, where ample power was provided for 240V 7.2 KW with the correct amperage. In addition to that, it was hooked up to 10000 watt automatic voltage regulator (which costed a pretty penny) for extra protection from power fluctuations. Upon turning on the circuit breaker and pressing the knob, there was a bursting sound, a flash, and some smoke, on top of the microwave, indicating something popped in there. What could have possibly went wrong? The power was hooked up directly to the main power supply of the house, and went through the AVR releasing a steady output of 220V. Now, the display only shows something when you open the oven door, and as soon as you press something, it clicks off. The installation instructions on voltages are rather vague for someone who hasn't been doing this everyday for the last 20 years. On one line on the unit's sticker it says KW 5.4 208Y/120. Below that it says KW 7.2 120/240V. What exactly is the required power for this unit? The local electricity here runs at the 220V range.

Easy installation. Definitely need to read the instructions carefully because of all the different configuration options. Sleek, clean, modern look when installed into our black cabinets.

Beautiful design, spacious. The microwave is suitable for a 9 x 13 baking dish and revolves! Easy to use the controls, and the “bells and whistles” are audibly pleasant.

This product cooks so well, I love it and I don't even like to cook lol!!! So now I have started baking, making pizza, etc!!! Cooks fast and evenly, quick clean up, and looks amazing in our home...win, win...

Too early to say how product works. Hope last longer then other 2 combo oven micro. Maybe fixed poor design of heat frying microwave. Heat does leave bottom of oven. Oven interior smaller then previous 2 combo kitchenaid and profile GE. Maybe this model more insulation between micro and oven.

Smaller oven but very effective. Easy to clean. I love the space it saves!

Ordinary oven but small. Microwave door opening from the top is not for short people. Otherwise it works like we expect ovens to work for such an investment.
