Beautiful range hood. The features are excellent. Quiet. The delay off switch is a great feature. The lighting is so nice we use it as accent lighting. Would definitely recommend.

We got this hood installed 2 weeks ago. The look and the design is good. Since the time of installation, we noticed few issues. The light on the hood flickers when we try to set it to night light and the clock doesn't work. The vent seems to work fine so far. We found online that people are facing similar issues as ours. I am surprised that GE didn't find a solution to fix the problem. We called the customer service and they are sending a technician to replace the board which they seem to know that is the issue. I wish GE fixed the issue before they sell the product to the customers. It is under warranty now and GE is taking care of it but I am worried what if it happens after a year, then I will end up paying for something that is faulty to begin with.

Not only does this unit look good but it functions so well. Love the versatility this unit offers. You can use charcoal filters or vent out. We chose to vent it out wall. Fan on all settings draws out all cooking smells. Easy access for cleaning.

Looks great. Works great. Wife and I (both in our 70's) installed it ourselves with no difficulty, except that we could not figure out how to install the recirculating filters at first. The instructions for everything else are very good, but the instructions for installing the filters are poor, in our view, and we had to ask our dealer for a demonstration.

WAITED FOUR MONTHS FOR DELIVERY. IT ARRIVED AFTER WE LEFT OUR COLORADO HOME FOR ARIZONA FOR THE WINTER SO COULD NOT INSTALL UNTIL TODAY AFTER WE RETURNED TO COLORADO FOR THE SUMMER. GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT. FAN TOUCH PAD FOR LOW SPED AND MEDIUM DO NOT WORK. WHERE'S QC?

Very sleek and slim design but super powerful! Has a remote, which we don’t ever use. We typically only have to use the low setting because it’s pretty powerful. Not loud and the lighting is nice and bright!

Very quite, elegant with lots of light on cooktop. Finish is quite good with remote & wifi. Clock is also nice feature & bright to check in dark as well.

Its been a week we have been using this and we just loved it. Very powerful yet quite. Loved the sleek design and perimeter venting.

We've owned this for a little over a year and it's a very good vent hood. The lights are nice and bright, the exhaust is very powerful and it's easy to clean. The glass control panel makes it look nice as well. The filters are easy to remove and pop into the dishwasher for cleaning which is great. The controls are good although sometimes the touch sensitivity could be better. The timed off feature which shuts the vent off after a couple minutes is useful as well. Somewhat surprisingly the remote control feature via the GE app is useful sometimes as well. My only problem was that the first vent delivered had a poorly working touch control which made it almost impossible to use. We had to use the remote control for a while. Since the part was unavailable, GE replaced the entire unit which was nice service.

Item looks really nice, not gonna lie. However, the lights flicker when I dim them, there’s clanking noise when it’s in operation and also the clock tells the wrong time after several adjustments. I called for service and they said this item was from 2018 and been sitting in the warehouse. Should’ve gone with a Samsung.
