Does not accept class J fuses as described. Will have to return this fused disconnect and order the right one

Cam didn’t line up properly to make contact on both legs. Garbage do not buy this disconnect . Went to another store to purchase another brand disconnect

I bought this to replace an old one of same type I was having a problem with. Previous one appeared to be blowing fuse due to excessive heat at top of fuse holder caused by high switch resistance. After replacement, worked OK for about a year, but after turning on and off a few times the middle fuse started blowing. Traced it to excessive heat due to high switch resistance (probably due to arcing and wear on switch contact material and lack of spring tension). Heat was obvious with IR camera. At 44 amps middle switch shows 290 degrees F!! It appears this switch cannot handle high continuous loads. Would probably work much better with a forked switch contact than a single sided blade. Do not buy for high load use!!!

Built like a tank and made in the USA. Needed it to add a shutoff for my welder past the breaker panel in an outbuilding. Fit the bill perfectly. Plenty of interior working room for a neat wire job.

We installed this product in the garage for our electric car charging station. It is a very robust disconnect switch and has performed exactly as planned. I like the very clear and large "On" and "Off" labels indicating the current switch status. I am also very happy that it is "Assembled in USA". Do not forget to order quantity 2 of the time delay 100 amp fuses that you will need for this device.

GE makes good products and Home Depot provided. Keep up the good work!!!!

Easy to install works as advertised. Used as a disconnect for a water well.

Not over engineered. Description was accurate and the product works perfectly...just what I was looking for.
