The Kierig coffee maker piece wouldn’t work correctly. GE failed and refused to repair or replace.

This looks great and the Keurig built in is really nice! The only thing I don’t totally like is that I can hear the motor running most of the time.

Well it hasn't been 24 hours yet but everything seems to be fine with the new frig. The only thing at this point is it seems to be running a lot more than any frig we have ever had. Support tells us that's normal for the first 24 to 36 hours with food in it so that the frig regulates the temp. So far I like it!!!

Delivery people were excellent taking the old refrigerator out and delivering the new one. We like the refrigerator very much but have some issues. The plastic protection on the stainless was difficult to remove and some is still stuck in the joints. The right door sets back almost 1/4" from the left door and could only be fixed with a new gasket - no other adjustments available. For their top of the line refrigerator they left off autofill. The temperatures inside the refrigerator and freezer does not match the settings. It moves very easily which is good for cleaning behind. Even with its faults I would purchase it again.

Bought this refrigerator to replace a GE that we have used for 15 years. Decided it was time for a French Door model.

I like the look and brightness of the fridge just wish the Water would get a little hotter for the Keurig

The space is great. Having the Keurig built in is perfect. No refilling water tanks. Its great for tea too. The fingerprint protection is great too.

This fridge has been fantastic so far. Our only complaint is that the freezer seals do well it requires substantial force to pull open. Overall, we love it!

This is so far a very good refrigerator. Minor issue to keep in mind -- the Keurig attachment works well, but can only produce a 6, 8 or 10 oz coffee -- which is a little on the small side and it takes a while to heat up. But all in all great space saver and great layout and lighting.

The refrigerator looks nice and works great. The space seems smaller inside than our other refrigerator. It is pretty easy to clean.

I was worried about purchasing a counter depth fridge but it is a great fit for my cabinets and I do not notice and reduced storage. It is still new to me but I am happy with this purchase.

Nice, sleek-looking fridge. Has been in use for about a month. Storage space is very good for counter-depth model. Cooling so far has been even with no overly cold or warm spots. The only drawback so far has been the Keurig feature. For some reason about 25% of the K-Cups end up bursting during the brewing process, sending coffee grounds up through the top of the K-cup holder which obviously makes quite a mess and wastes a good cup of coffee. When this happens the control panel ends up getting all glitchy for about 15 minutes afterward. Sometimes the controls are completely unresponsive, and sometimes the buttons appear to be randomly assigned and will trigger other functions. I need to schedule a service call to see if this issue can be resolved. From a convenience standpoint, the Keurig feature has been very disappointing so far. Based on my experience so far I would recommend to skip the Keurig function and go with a similar model. If the Keurig issues can be resolved I will update this review accordingly. For now, 3 stars due to the annoyance of the Keurig and related control panel issues on a $3K+ fridge which should not be an issue. Would be 5 stars if the Keurig feature wasn't such a pain. Don't get rid of your countertop Keurig machine yet...

THIS HAS TO BE THE BEST FRIDGE WE HAVE EVER OWNED! IT'S BEAUTIFUL, FROM THE WAY IT LOOKS TO THE WAY IT WORKS!! BEING ABLE TO MAKE A CUP OF COFFEE FROM OUR FRIDGE IS AN AMAZING FEATURE AS WELL!!

The fridge itself is nice. However the keurig feature is constantly breaking down. It worked fine for the first year and a half. All of a sudden instead of heating water, when you press heat the machine dispenses water instead and won't stop until you press the button for 3 seconds or it throws an error code. The warranty dept has been out multiple times to fix it (they replaced multiple control panels, valves etc). Well it just broke down again today and I'll have to call them up again.

Works well , love the built in Keurig feature Loves of room.

The Kcup brewing system was the selling point for us. Works great, heats fast, and frees up counter top space.

This refrigerator is a perfect fit to our basement counter bar.

The ice machine in the unit clicks and knocks. It does not turn off. That results in the ice tray getting over filled and jammed. They have limited warranty service and cannot get us serviced.

So far so good but really hasn't been tested waiting for my countertop..... But so far using micro wave refrigerator and stove. Stove not a lot until I get the sink and countertop in.......

Overall this is a good product. I love the way it looks on the inside and outside. Great lighting on the inside and nice shelving and drawer design. I tested the Keurig out once but haven’t really used it since. I only wanted it as a backup to the counter one we already have. This one takes longer to heat than the counter one. Now, for the one issue. The only complaint I have is that this refrigerator is noticeably louder when it’s cooling. When it’s not cooling it doesn’t make a sound. I read reviews about this before but thought that the folks complaining about this were just overly sensitive. I was wrong, and they were right. My old refrigerator, a Maytag side-by-side, didn’t make a peep. I’m not sure if this is just part of newer technology or if it’s just GE. We’ve gotten a little used to it. I’m just hoping it doesn’t get louder as it gets older.

No installation was terrible... appliance is fine

For the most part we like all the features the only draw back being it is counter depth so we have to learn how to pack the shelf diffent than our old ref however it is 22.1 cb ft witch is almost as big as old one, so it we just have to think in a diffent box. We a family of two so we dont need huge ref

How can you not like a fridge that makes you your morning coffee!

The look of this is amazing, but the space is very limited due to the Keurig machine taking up one of the doors. You end up loosing shelving space which is hard for a growing family.

Have only had for a week. Love the idea of the Keurig, I do have a tech coming because the appliance seems to make an annoying humming sound almost constantly. But so far other than that I give it 4 stars.

Had this same frig. in my last home and loved so got another in this new home

Always had luck with GE purchases for last thirty years.
