Hi, We're sorry to hear this dishwasher isn't performing as expected. Seeing that your dishes are still dirty after a cycle can be disappointing, and we'd like to help with this. Please make sure large dishware does not block the detergent dispenser or wash arms, as this will keep dishes from being cleaned properly. You can find tips on loading your dishwasher on page 13 of the Use and Care manual. Know that we do test our dishwashers before they are sent to our distributors, so it is normal for your new unit to have water in it.
