Nothing Like a nice cool Florida garage in the middle of August. This unit will do it. Works well. Would recommend.

Just finsihed installing two of these units one to cool my living room and kitchen and the other for my bedroom. They were pretty easy to install and cooled my whole home down in a matter of hours! If your looking for quality a/c at a good price this is it! If your not gonna do the work yourself i suggest shopping around for an installer they all charge different prices

This unit replaced a ten year old 18,000 BTU Quietside which no longer is affordable to maintain. This GREE not only does the same or better job of heating and cooling but was easy to install. I had a professional HVAC company install it and they only charge me $300 as it was a perfect replacement for my old unit. The only suggestion is that I wish it came with an instruction manual on how to operate it. I had to go online to find what the symbols were. Great unit!

Mr. Cool works until 3 years and it doesn’t. Have been communicating with Mr. Cool for 2 yrs. and am still unable to find someone who can service it. My town is 139K and a suburb of Sacramento. No luck finding someone to service my unit. Mr. Cool has been trying to find service and nothing. MC says “there is nothing more we can do”. Be VERY careful before buying Mr. Cool products. Not great deal. Will probably install Mitsubishi unit. Great luck with them. Bit more for great service.

Bought in Sept 2022, did fine for winter but system has not worked for cooling. No one seems to be able to fix the system and GREE will not speak to anyone who isn't an installer. $4,000 down the drain!

Great unit very quiet and efficient.

This is my first purchase and had a real bad experience. They made me wait over an hour for curbside pickup . Then i found there were no hoses and wires with the item. So if you are buying for the price just ad another 100 with it. I do not recommend this product to anyone at all. I wish i could get my money back.

This is a great AC unit and has performed amazing. It's whisper quite and cools the room really well. I have had an over all horrible experience with Home Depot l, the unit its self was fantastic.

This is a fantastic product and I have not slept this great in years. I installed this in my bedroom and it is so quiet you have to strain to hear it. The numbers that show up on the front in a light can be turned off so you are not bothered by it at night. It cools my room within minutes and stays the same temperature without turning on and off. It has a very modern look. I absolutely love this air conditioner and highly recommend it.

Works like a charm. I expected the piping and cabling to be included but that was the only surprise.

Bought this unit installed it new. Has communication issues. E6 error. Never worked.Home dpot says call manufacturer. Manufacturer says deal with Home Depot. Stuck in a loop. No one will warranty it.

I've been doing Ac for 15 years now. These units are far from efficient. I installed 8 of these and 5 customer had me replace them with different units. I set one up at my shop to see what was so bad. Sure enough. Ran the unit on high for 6 hours came back to a humid muggy room. Double checked the refrigerate everything was fine.

It looks nice on my wall, I was concerned about that. It’s a slim style. It works great I keep it on 68 degrees.

We are very pleased with our new GREE mini split unit. It helps keep us cool in the summer and warm during the winter.

Very quiet and works as it should. Very good deal for the money.

Had this one installed and it worked great except for the remote not being recognized by the head unit unless you push a few buttons/temp up down. Unit threw an H5 code. I reset it after it cooled down next time it ran it died with no code. Main board is probably fried so I’ll have to source parts. Warranty useless because you have to pay someone to fix it anyway. Should have gone Mitsu.

Terrible experience. I would never buy this product again. They did not help me at all. There tech support was invisible.
