I really wanted to hate this product
I really wanted to hate this product because getting it was a nightmare! Went back and forth with Home Depot, Greenline, and the shipping company XGSI for almost 2 months. Reordered the product 3 times just trying to get one of the orders. Install was easy and the grass looks beautiful! I still need to do my back yard but I'm hesitant to order this product again due to the headache getting it the first time. I gave delivery 5 stars ONLY for the drivers, timeline was a 1 if that!

The product is okay, nothing great. I use it as a fringe and chipping area around my putting green. The delivery was delayed by the ineptitude of the shipping company ... three promised deliveries that never showed then they gave it up to a "white glove" delivery service. Really? It's an outdoor product hardly in need of white gloves.
