great fasteners, wish there were universal bits rather that so many

3 or 4 screws had non finished milling in other words no threads just the head was finished.what these screws went for there should have been some QC involved?

I have been using GRK fasteners for years. In my opinion, these are the "gold standard" of fasteners. Very strong, non-stripping, and self-tapping.

The single worst product that I have ever tried to DIY with. My impression was that the T10 star head would be great compared to other screw head types. WRONG!!!! It was a small sample size but of the 20 or so that I tried to use only 2 were sunk or even flush before stripping. Tried with both a regular drill and impact drill and 3 different T10 bits. Screw design makes it impossible to remove if it strips just short of being flush. Broke 2 screw extractors while failing to get them out.
