One year review
I purchased this November 2021 during their Black Friday sales. Seems like a great deal but spend a little more and get a simpler menu to use. Also the digital menu started to burn out within six months. Now I can only read half of the readout. It works fine, but it is not user-friendly. My suggestion is to pass on this one even though the price seems right.

Stay away from this company!
Toaster worked well until the light function stopped which happened about 8-10 months owning it. Some of the digital numbers also stopped working. Tried to warranty the product but they wanted me to cut the cord and send photos to their warranty department so that they can refund me. I refuse to contribute to the Ewaste. The toaster oven works but the light function/button stopped. Oh and they want me to dispose of it. Terrible company and would never purchase another appliance from this company. STAY AWAY!!!

It's so handy as it can toast more bread than a regular toaster. The Air Fry function is great, perfect for reheating items and keeps them crispy, unlike a microwave. Heats up really quick too.

I purchased this item online on July 5, I picked it up today.
Although I had to drive to a store much further than other locations nearby, the cost of the item was 1/2 of the listed price.
I paid $79.99 but this item lists for $145.99. Everytime I tried to change stores the price increased, not sure why. But I’m not complaining.

We live the cooking feature as does a great job. The only issue is that the outer cabinet got so hot while cooking it melted a trim piece I had right above it. Perhaps it could have a little better hear resistant insulation inside the metal cabinet l.

This is my second air fryer from this company the only reason I purchased a second one is because the first one broke the door broke and was making loud banging noises I purchased it again because it is the only one that fits my baking pan that I use but you please work on that problem whatever the door was hinged to broke and I could not keep the door shut now the new one is making a banging sound? I think it is the door also

Ok for the price
It didn't get 5 stars because I don't like if you need to make adjustment to temperatures, you need to cancel settings and restart all over again....a pain!

It takes some time to learn how to use the...
It takes some time to learn how to use the knobs appropriately. I did not see a description for the 3 levels for the rack.i.e. top rack is for broiling; middle rack for toasting, bagels, waffles etc. bottom rack for baking etc. no baking pan came with it. I have not had a chance to use the rotisserie yet. It is bigger than i expected.

A few things I’ll have to adjust to. On bake, it preheats, but you have to press the start button again for it to start counting down. On toast, the lower the time you set the lower the heat, you can’t independently adjust the heat and time. Pros are a light that I didn’t know I needed and the basket rack that can be put in at the same time, which means French fries and corn dogs all at the same time!

And…Two years later
I’ve owned and used this oven on a daily basis for more than two years. It performs as well today as it did on day one. A bit hard to clean, but aren’t they all? I was hesitant to buy what I considered an “off brand” at the time as I had little success with the “name brand” ovens previously. I thought ‘how much worse can it be?’ and I was tired of “ paying for the name”. If I had it to do over, I would definately buy this one again.

design and quality challenged
a challenge to set up each use, then requires preheat before start, if the brownies need another minute you have to go through the whole set up again. Power board burned out in two weeks. many hoops to jump through to do a return and after 3 weeks there is no money or response back

I have not used my oven yet. I am still waiting on recipe and instruction on using it. I have a verification code of #172296. In fact, I have gotten this number twice, but have never received it. Is there some kind of recipe information that comes with it on the different functions? All the toaster ovens and air fryers that I see have recipes. I am looking forward in using mine. Thanks!

Good product but with program flaws
It works as advertised. It's big, plenty space for all meals, easy to operate by turning the knobs to the function that you desired. The only problem, big one is that it needs preheat before airfry everytime, even you just finished and just wanted to add couple extra minutes. And the preheat process takes looong time, I will probably finish cooking with other traditional airfry by the time it's ready. I returned it after one use.
