The part that holds the toilet paper is slightly tilted.

Pick another brand! The instillation calls for a 9/32 drill bit that is not in a standard kit. It is to be purchased separately. Also the instructions are not straight-forward. I expected this to be a quick and easy setup and it was not. I will never use Gatco brand again.

Purchased two of these towel bars. I fastened the mounting hardware to my wall as directed, but when you go to attach the actual towel bar to the mounting hardware, there is no way to 'click' the back plate on to the mounting bracket or otherwise secure it. The set screw is completely useless and not long enough to even go through the back plate let alone secure anything. The towel bars completely fall off the wall. I have spent hours trying to secure these and will now just return.

Products dimensions are not accurate. Hard to install and not recommend anybody.

Such a great bar you could hang three towels from it if you really wanted to!

This is a decent towel bar. I would rate it higher but unlike previous towel bars I have installed, this one did not come with a template for installation. There was a lot of measuring, remeasuring, hoping, praying, etc. and fortunately I got it installed. The lack of a template made the job 5000 times harder. Does it really cost the manufacturer that much to include a paper template for drilling holes for brackets?? You can do better!

Nice bar, but it is 26.5 in long, so it was too long for my wall that was 25in. The description and specifications were incorrect (they said 24 in).

Simple and clean design. Perfect size and like the brushed nickel color.

Looks great. Easy to use. Includes screws were too short to mount the handle through the drawer face.

Looking good and apparently sturdy. I installed it on a kitchen cabinet, and it just required screws that were slightly shorter than the ones provided.

The first one I got had set screws you use a screwdriver on, even though screwdriver is not one of the tools shown. The slot stripped out when tightening it. I tried to detach the part that attaches to the wall and that bolt top stripped out. I bought a new one figuring I could substitute parts, and the new one had set screws that were made to work with the included hex key (Allen wrench). They worked great. So if you peek and see what kind of set screws it has you'll be ahead of the game.

Bought two. One had disassembled itself in box, and screw stripped trying to reassemble it.

Easy to install. Make sure to jot lose the tiny screw that lockes the bar into place
