So many flaws
Cooked ribs and it destroyed the grill. The sugar burnt to the grill and won't clean off. The whole thing wobbles like it's going to fall over. Grease catcher slides out easily causing grease to drip to the ground. Lid collects moisture and drips all over the place. Cord is to short.

We needed a small grill for an apartment balcony. Here are my our thoughts.
Pros: consistent/even heat, looks good, compact, inexpensive, easy to clean
Cons: wobbly, no place to put lid, doesn’t get hot enough to seer
The compact design is thrown right out the window when you have to find a place to put the lid. Wobbles on the post enough that I wonder how long it will last. Does an okay job on meat, vegi’s and even a frozen pizza. But the lack of ability to seer, lid, and the feeling it just isn’t going to last the season means this will go back.

This is a great grill for a patio. So easy to use and clean up afterwards. The tri-tip turned out as good as the one I cook on my Weber.

Really a piece of junk !! Had to put...
Really a piece of junk !! Had to put screws in stand column to keep it from wobbling . Cover is so light weight it could blow off in a 10 mph wind . If not under a cover rain will fill up the grease cup . Heating grill is good .
Just the same I will never buy another !!!

A little harer to cleanup than anticipated. Taste not the same as on a flame grill. Wish it had a hinged lid. It is difficult to hold the lid and try to flip burgers or roll hotdogs around one-handed.

Stand is defective
The stand to hold the grill didn’t align and had to be duct taped in order to stand properly. Part not available to order. Disappointing.

Unstable stand
The stand for the grill is very unstable. The single pole from the base of the grill to the tripod base wobbles and moves while you are using the grill. Very bad engineering and possibly dangerous.

We have a small balcony and wanted a small grill. This one is perfect for us! Since it is electric, you won't get the real charcoal grill flavor, but so far everything we have grilled tastes great and we can enjoy sitting and grilling outside even in our small space.
