The head, which attaches to the pipe coming out of our shower wall spinns and must be defective. I literally only tried to install this yesterday and it's of no use.

We suggest you contact the Home Depot Customer Care Department at 1-855-434-5224 and they would be glad to do some troubleshooting with you as well as provide any parts you may need, free of charge, under the shower's limited lifetime warranty. They can be reached Monday thru Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.

Water flow is very low out of the rain shower nozzle. So low, you can’t use both at the same time.

It’s fine…that’s about it….fine
Easy to install. The material was structurally sound. Limited spray strength, more like a rushing trickle than a full on shower. Would be good if you like a rain shower feel. I’ll be returning it.

Cheaper and less sturdy than the previous model.
Its was O.K. for some reason the waterflow was noticeably less. No idea why as the one i replaced was was the older model of this new one and almost everything except the hose length was the same. Same rubber fittings and screens. Returned for metal unit asnthis one was all plastic now and seemed cheaper
