We have lived in houses with very old, durable fixtures. There have not even been five years of use from this junk. After the drip for freeze warnings, we got this set and new copper pipes. When the drip continued, we were told by HD to check for debris by store manager, then a clog by a plumbing staffer that sold us a plastic snake and very expensive drain cleaner-useless, since we never leave hair, etc. in our covered drains. The stores do not stock the replacement cartridges, so we have to go into overnous basement at least twice a day until delivered to shut water on and off for toilet and baths, with gallons on water saved from drip. There are tiny Phillips screws to maybe remove handle. Almost $100 has been wasted, so we probably will lose work time, etc. and spend more money on a plumber. Also, the Pro-Desk is a farce from plumbing referrals to doors and Lord knows what else. Usually, we give only high compliments. This has taken 120 years off my life! My highest ASVAB scores were in the mechanical section.

The handles are great. The shower head with the set is a cheap plastic. Did not use it.

It took a while to find the simple style we were looking for. Trying to find a knowledgeable employee was impossible, even though there were no other customers. They appeared annoyed that we were seeking assistance. Certainly no comparison to K & K where they know their stuff. Home Depot just happens to be located closer to our home. Not a good experience at all.

Very easy to install. The quality of the pieces aren’t the best. The shower head and spout are plastic. The only reason I purchased this product was I need the three handles in chrome. Apparently, 3 handles is old school. I’m just glad HD had one.

Had to return it was not sturdy cheap
