Less than 12 months and is ruined, it has stains all over impossible to remove. If I knew I would have buy another one, see pictures it has been like this after 6 months

My mother purchased a Glacier Bay faucet from Home Depot in December of 2023. At the beginning of April a sensor went out on the faucet. After contacting the customer service, which she thought would actually be Glacier Bay, turned out to be Home Depot and she has been getting the run around ever since! It is now June 6th AND SHE IS STILL WITHOUT WATER in her kitchen due to their inadequate and horrible customer service.

This was not my 1st choice, as I wanted a more square look. But I previously purchased this faucet in chrome and it has been installed for almost w years. It looks nice and functions well., so I purchased the gold. It looks very nice. This app is weird so I can't tell if the pix uploaded. Nonetheless, I would recommend.

I bought two of these facuets and within a month they have started to rust. There are no leaks and no standing water where it is rusting. Unless you want to replace them shortly after installing I would not buy

It was beautifully installed and looked great… Then a week later it started leaking from the facet head. Such a disappointment. We’ll be returning it.

After purchases I saw that this drain stopper design uses a spring loaded pop up drain stopper and not a traditional stem to open and close the stopper. Don’t like having to push stopper under dirty water to open the stopper. Found the Dorset model has the traditional stopper control stem.

Couldn’t be happier with this product! It was inexpensive to buy yet doesn’t look cheap; the design is really very nice. It was also easy to install, and, unlike my last fixture, very easy to clean. I purchased the Chrome finish.

Love this faucet! It is a great upgrade compared to what I had before.

The instructions are written poorly. There's a rubber washer and no instructions on where it should be placed. It doesn't make sense above the sink because it keeps falling in the space between for the overflow prevention. There's no instructions to put putty or any sealant that would keep it in place above the sink. It may be what they're referring to as a "top gasket". Anyhow, I'm returning it because it leaks between the bottom gasket and underside of the sink.

There is one thing I noticed wrong with the faucet. The left handle is taller than the other which if you didnt know at first glance you wouldnt see it. But once you do its hard to miss.

The look of these is awesome! It updated our bathroom and the price was great… but we have not even had these installed for 2 months and the paint on the stoppers is already wearing off and it looks awful.. on all of them. We purchased three and it is the same on every one of them. I saw lots of reviews with success but unfortunately this was a case of “you get what you pay for”.

Nice and easy to install, hold water just pushing the drain stopper and that is all.

Very impressed with the quality of Glacier Bays products. Extremely easy to install however, disappointed that there are no supply lines with the kit. Not sure if it stated it on the order. Other than that, definitely gave a facelift to our bathroom.

The faucet is fine and does what it's supposed to. Easy to install and looks great. Only problem i have, and, what I've heard others comment on, is how slow it takes for water to stop. It takes a couple seconds for the water to stop after turning it off. I've never had a faucet that did that. The worst part is that because it continues to leak water after it's turned off, it leaves a drop of water on the spout which, at first, made me think it was defective and had a leak. The stopper works fine but because it's black, the residual water collects and eventually makes a water stain. Again, for the price, it's fine but not great.

Doesn't look outdated, has a nice height above the sink and a good range from the edge. The swivel is nice too.

Bought two for master bathroom. Easy to install and it looks nice. Have no complaints. Would buy again.

Gorgeous faucet has a modern feel. Great price even though I had to buy it in store due to timing of my installation versus buying it online, and "pick up" in store for almost half the price.

This faucet was on sale for $30, and I figured anything was better than the ugly, corroded ones that came with my house, so I took the plunge. I can say that the quality of this faucet is on par with Delta and Moen faucets I’ve purchased for 3 times the price! The chrome finish was perfect. The pop up drain valve is a great idea and makes the faucet look cleaner and makes the install easier. Also like the fact that the faucet rotates to make rinsing my larger sinks easier too.

We were looking for some time now for a replacement for our bathroom faucet with little sucess until we spotted the GLACIER BAY 2-handle high-arc, in matte gold bathroom faucet. This was just what we were looking for, modern, today's style, with a taller discharge which swivels and in matte gold. The hardest part of the job was taking out the old and cleaning up around the old faucet and old plumbers putty around the drain, after cleanup it is a breeze to install the new GLACIER BAY bath faucet, spread a little silicone sealant on gasket bottom (sink side) install faucet into sink and screw on two nuts on bottom side, hand tighten only, install new water lines, being careful not to over tighten. Now the drain, use only silicone sealant a thin film on the thin rubber gasket and install the drain in the sink, follow instructions for the bottom tapered gasket and nut, and connect the P trap and you are done, check for leaks. We like the new modern look it gives our bathroom and not a lot of money spent.

I was quite surprised and a little tickled to see that this Glacier Bay Dorind bathroom faucet arrives in a flat box. Usually bath faucet boxes are bulky and heavy. Not to fret, this faucet is everything I hoped it would be. I plan to have my plumber install in my half bath pedestal sink, which has a brass faucet that is literally 25 years old. It has held up exceptionally well but styles do change so I am so excited to finally update it. I have installed a faucet myself before, to the dismay of my 1st floor ceiling since I didn’t know to place a bucket under the plumbing to catch trapped water. I wish I could install this one but the connections are so tight behind the sink that the plumber may have to pull the sink out to install. I love the understated, matte gold finish. It just has an air of sophistication about it. The handles are sturdy yet easy to turn. The spigot swivels 360 degrees so it’s perfect for any sink. It’s sits up about 8 inches from the base and has a perfect arch. I’m not a huge fan of the pop up stopper. The entire assembly is made of plastic and they always seem to stop working soon after installation. Not that this one will though. The top of the pop up also appears to be painted plastic. The faucet itself has solid brass fittings and easy to install mounting nuts. All parts are clearly indicated in the instructions. Very lightweight faucet with simple connections for diy’ers as well as first timers. Comes with instructions, which are very easy to understand and includes diagrams. I think it would be great though if they included an installation video. Those are very helpful. Limited lifetime warranty with proof of purchase. Highly recommend.

These were so much nicer than I was expecting for the price and they really really make the bathroom! I have three bathrooms so I bought several sets.

This faucet is so pretty! It's modern & looks Scandinavian to me with the clean lines and the pretty curves. The matte gold is elegant and that's what I like the most about it (see pics.) The water flow is strong and the pop up-down drain plug holds the water well. It is a substantial plug that should last a long time and it works easily. Putting a faucet on an established sink is never easy; having to work under the cabinet to do it but this one is worth the effort. One thing to know is to make sure the words "Glacier Bay" on the base of the faucet face forward when you put it in or you will be doing it twice (like me). Because the water outlet spins all the way around, I didnt realize I had put it in backwards until I tried to turn it on and the handles went back toward the wall instead if forward toward the sink. I am very pleased with it and am going to install the matching tub/shower faucet with a new surround.

The Glacier Bay Dorinda 4 in. Matte Gold High-Arc Bathroom Faucet is a nice modern looking faucet. The metal finish is superior and the matte finish I feel ads to its beauty.The high arc faucet is also modern looking and provides more room when installing into sinks with less depth. The pop up drain kit is included and the installation was easy with only novice plumbing skills required. Also this faucet comes in five different finish`s.

The faucet looks and feels fantastic but during installation, I discovered a flaw. The gasket is a little shorter than my previous faucet and when putting the mounting nut (black in photo) on, there wasn't enough thread left length on the gasket inlet. After connecting the supply line, it wasn't tight enough and water was dripping. Ended up noticing that the mounting nut from my old faucet (white in photo) was about 1/8" thinner. After putting the old mounting nut on, there was enough thread length available on the gasket that I could tighten the supply line enough. This could've been solved by simply making the inlet gasket a 1/4" longer or supplying thinner mounting nuts.

Bought 2 of these for our 2 bathrooms and prayed that my wife liked them because she's very picky. But she loves them! They are beautiful and the spout swivels which was an unexpected bonus.
