Pain to install with the additional provided tool to tighten....
Pain to install with the additional provided tool to tighten. Both myself and my husband walked away at some point and tried again the next day. Using vertically for washcloths. Seems to be doing fine now its installed.

I really like this towel bar. It looks good and is sturdy once installed. I only gave 4 stars because we had to turn the brackets upside down in order to install them. The allen screw is so tiny it is very difficult to place the wrench into when working with it at the bottom as instructed. We had to switch the brackets so the screw was on top in order to be able to work with it. Once installed it is doing fine.
