Bad bad bad!
The whole bathroom is completely done. The shower head and spout run at the same time. This is bad. Called customer service and they don’t know much. They asked to wait for someone to email back. Now we have to break tile and redo.

Hello Robb. We apologize for the issues you are having with your Modern Tub and Shower unit. There could be a few things that could be causing that issue. If PEX pip was used between the Rough In valve body and the tub spout, if there is less the 8 inches between the Valve Body and spout, or if the Valve Body was installed upside down, it cause the problem you are having. This product is trash and not worth 20$, I brought 3 and after a couple weeks I’m fight to get the water to only come out the top, you literally have to play around with the thing to work and that takes a couple of minutes, worst decision ever

Shower head came apart at the seams and had to buy a $40 replacement. Not good quality whatsoever. Spend more money on a better quality brand.

Many issues with this product
After being installed the faucet began to produce rust colored water every time it was turned on. The water seemed to not completely flow from the faucet once it was turned off, which caused the inside to rust due to water sitting in the end. The shower head is also not easily adjustable to different positions. And within two weeks of installation all parts were discolored with water stains, which needed to be cleaned after every use. This is tiled in so it is not an easy nor cheap fix.

Poor quality
Don't buy this unless you want future problems. Bought my house and the previous owners wanted to save money and got this. The finish and general operation is terrible. 2 yrs later it is rusting. Decided to finally change it out, only to discover that Glacier Bay valve is not interchangeable with anything but Glacier Bay. Now I have to figure out how to remove tile to replace the valve so I can get something of better quality. Don't go cheap with anything that stays in the wall.

Unfortunately we had to return it due the the installation...
Unfortunately we had to return it due the the installation process was more then we were anticipated. It wasn't just hardware change we had to replace the connector behind the wall which we aren't skilled at at all. It was really nice looking just wish it was going to be an easy hardware change.
