The faucet looks great and installation was easy. The reason for 4 stars is that the touchless control valve restricted the water flow. We decided to bypass that feature and it works great

We love this model. The touchless feature works well and doesn’t turn on unless you intentionally wave your hand in front of the sensor. The turbo sprayer is stronger than our last faucet and thoroughly cleans vegetables in seconds. It definitely exceeds our expectations.

Installed in kitchen one month ago and it not longer working the way it should. It is stuck on spray. Cannot get it to go back to regular stream.

No. The sensor is in the front instead of on the side. So if you are washing dishes it constantly turns on and off. They need to fix this issue

I really like the faucet. It is nice looking and works well. The only thing that I am no impressed with is that the sensor is too sensitive and turns off before you want it to. I am having trouble figuring that out.

Failed in less than a day
The touchless option failed in less than a day. No worries because we can bypass it but now the faucet is leaking at the handle. It will depend on how the customer service is if I will give Glacier Bay another chance.

So this is my 2nd purchase of the Glacier Bay Touchless, the electronic window sensor went haywire on the 1st, it was about 7 years old, and had a lot of use. I really like the clean look & easy use, Touchless

Great product,beautiful design and works very well and water pressure has actually improved since changing from old to new ,only downside was it was to be delivered on a Saturday when contractors were here and didn’t come til Monday,,but it’s in and works awesome ?

I love the touchless feature and use it all the time. I had no idea it shuts off automatically if you forget to turn the water off!!! This is a GREAT feature for sure!!!
