Great faucet
I was worried that this faucet would be too smaller for our medium sink but that was the not case. We absolutely love it!

    Thanksgiving Day disaster
I was preparing the night before for Thanksgiving in my newly remodeled kitchen- turned on my faucet - stem blew out - water gushing to my ceiling. I had to improvise on Thanksgiving because I had to use my sink as I had people over- if you barely turned the water on, it would stay in place. Really cheaply made- as soon as my contractor can yank it out - it is going back to Home Depot.

      I HATE this faucet.
Moves around when you use the hose. Won't pull down enough to spray inside the sink so water splashes everywhere. Base plate moves every time I use it. Now the whole things tilts forward.

        very nice faucet
I installed this faucet 1 week ago and I am very happy with it.Installation was quick and easy ,it looks good and water pressure is very strong.Very much like that the handle can be installed in any position you desire. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was the extension/cradle or whatever it's called could be about 2 inches longer so the water flow is more in the middle of the sink, other than that we are very happy with our purchase.

        Pull down spray faucet
Not too bad to install. Needs to come WITH the adapter to screw it to different size pipe. But after that it is wonderful to use. It looks great and I really love it!

        Faucet Review
Very expensive, but a great product. The photo/diagram for this review isn't true to the product that I bought. The product that I bought has the handle center line not offset to the right side. Question: Why does this review insist on an e-mail address for this review, yet I received this from Home Depot via e-mail? I'm simple, if you got my e-mail address already to send this product review why can't you use that.

        Love it!
Was easy to install in an existing space, looks great, works great. Love the industrial look. I cannot speak to the long term quality, it has only been in production a few weeks.

stylish yet good quality, sturdy faucet
I let my husband pick this out. Actually he had purchased a cheaper more conventional faucet and we returned it. This was twice the money but had so much more to offer. We love it. The best part is that the part that pulls to spray, has a mechanical catch to hold it up close, instead of those faucets that rely on a magnet to hold the sprayer up to the faucet, and never quite hold it, and the sprayer drops down a bit. THIS FAUCET HAS THE LOOKS TOO! Quite interesting to look at. I was a little leery of the Glacier Bay brand (not a name like Delta or Moen or PriceFister) but the feel of this faucet tells me it is quality made.

          Awful Faucet
The system works great for 6 months but then if you live in a hard water area as I do the sprayer nozzle starts clogging up.....you can remove it and try to do the CLR or Lime Away but the system is VERY hard to get cleaned and left it in the stuff over night! They do not offer this as a part replacement which is VERY sad as this is the ONLY part that fouls up. after cleaning is works just OK for a couple months then you have to do this all over again. I do not recommend this item at all

          Second chances......Oops
Exactly the faucet style we were looking for but quality wasn't there. Bought the first one and it lasted 6months then began leaking at the joint just above the on/off handle. Returned it for an exchange thinking it was just a faulty one. Nope, the second one lasted 4months then came completely apart at the same joint the first one was leaking from sending water to the ceiling, cabinets, and all over. Went back and laid the two halves on the return counter. Luset, I believe her name was, asked what was wrong with it. I paused thinking she was joking. When I figured out she wasn't I replied, well its in half. The return got denied so I had to call this other company. All that to say, don't buy this product and go through the hoops.

            Visually very nice
I was excited about the new faucet because the other kept breaking. Have only had it about 3 weeks. It is a little stiff, making clean up difficult. If it holds up I will be impressed.

            clogged quickly
faucet worked great to start but water flow slowed and now is a trickle one month later. Instructions show how to disassemble and clean but uses a special tool not supplied nor is there any information on where to find such a tool useless

Sprayer's Chrome is Cracking and Buckling Up.
I bought this faucet about 1.5 years ago. Within 6-months it's sprayer's chrome started to crack and buckling up. It looks ugly. Looked nice until we didn't have this issue. But, replacing it will cost about the same cost as the cost of the faucet. So, I am not sure if it is a good buy. I plan to contact Glacier Bay to see that what can they do? And will update this review. I rarely write any reviews, but generally don't have big issues with my purchases.

            Looks great, but NOT FUNCTIONAL
I'm a designer and purchased this product because I loved the way it looked. This Glacier Bay faucet has a shallow arc and sits really close to the back of the sink (approximately only 3" from the back edge of the sink instead of being out more toward the center) which means that I almost always have the pull out the hose when washing or rinsing things. But the hose has a very short extension and really only works to change the direction of the spray - I cannot pull the hose out to the center of the sink, it isn't long enough. Another problem caused by the spout being so close to the back of the sink is that when I do rinse items in my hands near the spout it rickeshes water all over the backsplash and back counter instead of staying in the sink. It's nice to look at, water pressure is good, I like the two spray options, but unfortunately the cons outweigh the pros and I would not recommend this faucet. Aesthetically the design is good, functionally the design is horrible.

Nice faucet with a couple hiccups
The faucet is great. It works well and has a strong stream. It looks fantastic and has good reach. The connector tubes for the water are short so I had to go back to the store to get some which was a little disappointing. Also the chrome piece between the handle and the base came unscrewed easily, but did screw back in and is fine.

              great looking faucet
construction is decent, the single stem fittings for the attachment to the sink could have been a little heavier weight but everything worked well. The filter/screen is extremely hard to clean.

              looks great, low water pressure
We have gotten compliments from friends on this till they try to fill a glass of water. It takes forever. We have high water pressure and this faucet turns that pressure into a slow stream. Just try and fill a pot for boiling water, or a coffee pot. As for installation and looks, it is great!

Great faucet with a lot of style.
We replaced our pull out kitchen faucet with this pull down faucet. I had grown to hate the pull out faucet installed during our kitchen remodel. This pull down faucet is not only very stylish, bringing many compliments, but it is much more convenient.

This was not a good choice
We bought this product two years ago for our kitchen sink. My husband liked the look. And few months ago, the water came out less and less from the faucet , we thought it was water pressure problem. But them the water from other faucet are all normal flow. It was very difficult when you try to wash the cooking pans, the water just dripping. This difficulty puzzled us few month, until I took the little head off, turned on, the water was pouring out. So, turned out something inside was broken, and if never touched the spray, or whatever the other button is on the faucet head. And it is hard to find a replacement for the head, Went to Home Depot today, they did not have it at the store. We still have a faucet only dripping the water. I would not recommend this product

                Worst engineering ever !!!
After installing this faucet, I turned the water on and the stem blew out. I had "OLD FAITHFUL" in my kitchen. This faucet, which I didn't know is in two pieces. The stem has 3 O rings to hold it in place. No set screws, nothing. This unit is a disaster waiting to happen. I can't return this fast enough.

                Very stylish, but..
I had to call in a handyman to install this, so I can't comment on how easy/difficult to install. I love how it looks. It's very stylish and modern looking. However, the spout is now leaking where the buttons are, and based on the other reviews I've read, there are no replacement parts. :( It only lasted 9 months...

                  Excellent option for kitchen sink
We looked at many of the new sprayer in spout models and have used a few but after using this faucet at our daughter's, it was a no brainer. It doesn't hang up because it doesn't slide in and out of the spout. It is so simple. No tube hanging down under the sink with a weight to catch on the plumbing just a simple one-piece unit. We would highly recommend this unit and with Home Depot's return policy you can't go wrong.

                  Worst purchase ever.
The sprayer does not reach the center of the sink. When detached from the holder the spray range is very poor. The look is great but functionality is nonexistent!
