I love it. My expectation is met.

This product is amazing a little intimidating at first, but once you understand on how the settings work it cook's your food better then the frying pan and less work.

We are very impressed so far with our cooker! In less than 15 minutes we had a full dinner on the table! It is definitely very large capacity, so make sure you have the space for it. The instructions are pretty clear and have made use easy. I highly recommend this pressure cooker!

My wife said it was too big and returned it. It is massive.

I got it about 2 weeks ago so far I have had 6 pounds of chicken wings , 2 racks of baby back ribs and about 15 pounds of chicken breast and thighs for the dog food. I can't wait to do some canning with it holds temperature great and slow cooker is excellent

I'm very happy that I got this pressure cooker. It's bigger than the others and it's great for canning. I especially love the slow cook feature. I would recommend it.

It’s bigger than I need but works great. I used the sauté heat to sear a roast and then sautéed the veggies with liquid. Put the roast back in and set it for Meat/Stew, thirty-five minutes and let it go. Roast came out all cooked and tender. Unit comes with a screen and two stacking baskets for steaming veggies and such. It also has a nice short, heavy grounded cord that is removable for easier storage of the unit. It also came with a measuring scoop for rice and a small ladle.

This pressure cooker is constructed of apparently high quality materials that appear to clean up easily. The manual accompanying the unit contains many easy to follow recipes. This unit has easy to follow instructions for canning as well as cooking. We found that the capacity as a canning unit was lacking however. At most we could fit (4) quart jars in at a time. If you have much canning to do this is not the unit for you. Basically this unit appears to be easier to operate and maintain than the older style units. We like it!.

This pressure cooker is a high quality machine. The various presets make it easy to cook up a complete meal without really having to think about it. I like the saute option allows it to be used as a slow cooker in addition to a pressure cooker. It comes with a cook book for some commonly made meals. You can also go to the company's website for additional recipes.

The copper design is fancy looking! Large size for our big family. You can cook large pieces of meat very quickly. Sauté option is great as I always like to sauté the meats before cooking or quickly saute onions. Easy open handle as well as pressure release option makes it very convenient & easy to use. The inner pot is very easy to wash & clean. Display buttons are digital & clear and easy to understand. Steamer racks are easy to place inside and cleans quickly too. This is large capacity pressure cooker and storing it while not using is a challenge. Still, considering how big this pot is, it’s very easy to transport. Cooking time is amazingly fast, resulting meat is tender in no time & the meat is never dry. Looking forward to cooking for our family & friends.

This 12.5 Qts stainless steel version is very aesthetically pleasing in the kitchen. The 12.5 Qts is a great size for our big family. We are able to cook large pieces of meat very quickly and comes in very handy especially when improvising. Love the Saute option as I always like to sauté the meats before cooking. Easy open handle is very convenient. Pressure release button is perfect and fast to release. The inner pot is very easy to wash & clean. Display buttons are clear and easy to understand. Steamer racks are easy to place inside and cleans quickly too. One of the thing to consider when buying this large 12.5 Qts pressure cooker is the space for storage. Still, considering how big this pot is, it’s very easy to transport. Love it. I am looking forward to cooking a variety of dishes for family and friends for years to come.

My sister asked me to pressure cook her side of pork ribs for her. She wanted to see how well an electric pressure cooker worked. Cut in half, the two pieces fit on the rack and filled the bottom area of the cooker. I set the timer to meat/stew and let it do its job. About 5 minutes to up pressure and 5 minutes to down pressure plus the 35 minutes that the meat/stew is preset and the meat was done. Well overdone. It was more like pulled pork than pork ribs. She doesn't like to eat it off the ribs so she just pulled what ribs did stick to the meat and put the BBQ sauce on and put in oven for the BBQ sauce to get crispy. Note to ourselves: Cook on timed at about 20 minutes. With the 2 steam baskets I am able to can pint jars or quart jars with ease.

Having never owned or used this type of appliance, I found it to be impressively intuitive and easy to use and the digital display is much easier to read than a dial. Its performance surpassed what I hoped for plus found it is a huge time and energy saver. For example, baking large sweet potatoes in the oven would require an hour+ for warm up and run time in the oven. In this pressure cooker, it took 30 min total and it uses much less energy than the oven. It is incredibly easy to clean. This pressure cooker is large enough to easily cook an entire 5+ lb chicken or use it for canning. For canning, it is large enough to hold either 7 pint jars or 5 quart jars. I highly recommend this pressure cooker!

After some brief testing my wife and I are very happy with this multifunctional electric pressure cooker. The beautiful copper cladding makes the unit an attractive addition to your kitchen countertops. The unit is well-built and should provide many years of service. The 12.5 quart capacity is huge. The owner's manual and the 50 recipes book are well-written and illustrated. The instruction manual explains how to use the unit as a slow cooker, steamer, pressure canning, and general food cooking using a pressure cooker. Even if you are an expert or a first-time user of a pressure cooker please take the time to read through the owner's manual carefully. There are a number of do's-and-don'ts you need to follow to avoid the potential for injury. The unit is easy to clean, just follow the guidance in the owner's manual. If you like to experiment with making various foods in new ways as we do, we recommend you start a small recipe log book just for the pressure cooker to carefully document various time and settings that work well in this unit. This pressure cooker accelerates the cooking process extremely fast so I had a learning curve in achieving the best results without overcooking the food. It is a very nice looking machine that has many good features. The included instructions and recipes were of great value in learning this way of cooking. In retrospect, in cooking for two people, I would have selected a smaller pressure cooker.
