It was an excellent cover but was too small for my firepit. Mine is square and I thought ordering a larger round cover would cover, but it didn't cover the outer edge. I had to return it :(

The screen itself was nice but I bought one a few years ago and the way I purchased it was you measure the opening of your pit and that’s the size you purchase. This particular one fell right into my pit because it was complete dimensions so beware if you’re ordering add 2 inches to your opening to purchase

Nice unit and fair for it's price. The only real comment I have to make is for the design. This is a "metal" screen that goes over "fire". Therefore, grabbing the handle on top of the screen is probably not a good idea. Thus, the handle on top should be welded in the upright position so it can be easily accessed by the provided hook tool. The handle keeps falling flat, making it difficult to snag it with the hook tool. Yes, I know the hook tool wasn't make for that purpose, but it's logical to use it.

Wish they made a larger one

Nice and heavy, very good looking, easy operating the slide-up side. Love it!

The screen works to prevent sparks from flying out, but it got red hot in the middle, even though it was quite a ways above the actual fire. The first fire we used it for peeled the paint off the middle of it, and now it looks like it’s rusting. Not a cheap item, but sure made cheaply.

Perfect fit for my fire pit. Can't wait to enjoy a fire during the cool winter months. Never liked the ambers flying around.
