Lopsided plus home depot poor customer service would not help correct this order-related concern on two different occasions. It is lightweight but poorly constructed. Find a better manufacturer that use better quality materials to make its ladders. I would not recommend. I have to find a way to even the height of this ladder because one hind leg is shorter and the manufacturer only wants me to destroy it for a partial refund. It arrived partially opened because of poor taping on the box. I had no confidence using this ladder. Sabotage to my home projects.

Product is good but this item was delivered through carrier without any protection. Ladder was all scuffed up.

I love this stool. Folds up nicely to fit in between my fridge and counter. Feels sturdy, although the steps are narrow. it still feels safe. It’s not as tall as I would have liked it to be, I’m 5’4 and I can barely reach the top of my kitchen cabinets when standing in my tip toes. But over all it’s a great step stool and I’m happy with this buy.

I’m 6’1” so this is perfect for around the house chores reaching top cabinets or bulbs/fans. I bought in store so no damage as other stated so thats more on the freight than the quality of this. Has a lifttime warranty on it but I can’t imagine beating up on this for household projects I see it holding up

This item came without a box… the ladder came damaged, scratched up even saw maker ink on it… I honestly can’t believe that Home Depot would ship out a package with no protection

The ladder itself seems to be nice quality. However it was shipped without packaging and it arrived scuffed up and looked used. I don’t believe it’ll affect the quality of the product but shipping was poor!

The product was not protected and shows signs of damage with multiple gouges with paint removed. Not sure if the ladder was a returned item and resold or lack of care from Home Depot. Awaiting response from Home Depot to rectify situation.

The ladder is a five, Home Depot shipping department is a zero. It arrived scuffed up because it shipped without a plastic wrap or a box and someone attached the shipping label to a step and sent it on its way. The Gorilla brand product cardboard label was what was expected to hold it together. The product should perform as expected but looks used. Had it arrived in good condition, I would have been pleased.

Well made, very lightweight ladder. While I also have the 19 foot Gorilla ladder for extreme heights, we bought this 2-step one so my wife could reach the top shelves of our kitchen cabinets. It is short enough that it fits easily under our kitchen island (see photo).

Love my ladder so much

I am extremely happy with this step ladder. It is easy to fold and unfold. It feels very solid when stepping on and it isn’t so heavy that I dread using it. This is by far, the best step ladder I have ever bought or used. GREAT PRODUCT !

The steps are too narrow, it was scary to stand on. Sadly, I had to return it.

I got this ladder for my 7 year old to reach things high in and on top of the fridge. He woks it very well and its light enough for him to carry. He also used it to decorate or Christmas tree

Working load capacity 225lbs...just fyi. It's fine as long as you weigh less than 200 (the lower the number {weight} , the more stable the ladder feels) I would not buy again (195lbs)but not upset that I have it. Just kind of, eh.

Perfect height and width for reaching even your highest kitchen cabinet shelves and then storing in the smallest narrowest cubby holes. Very sturdy as well.

Its sturdy to standing on.

After over 20 years our last step ladder finally broke, we will miss it but this ladder is what we picked to replace it. We like how it folds almost flat for storage, but easy to open and close. Step feel steady under our feet and the upper bar gives you a sense of steadiness. We have already used it several time and I am close to it’s maxim weight limit. No problems here!

This stool is very easy to fold and unfold. It is lightweight easy to carry and store. It has a great balance.

Very Sturdy, not light weight as it might seem which makes it strong. Very compact and easy to hide when not needed. Very useful for work around the house.

This has been an excellent addition to the household. I've used it various times in/around the kitchen (where it's kept) as well as other areas that require a small footprint height increase. I always feel very stable on it, and have enough room to stand securely. For me, it colapses very slim and fits between our fridge and cabinet right under a small counter overhang. I couldn't be happier with this product and the price paid for it.
