Good quality, excellent directions, and the only missing parts were the ones we dropped in the grass. Highly recommend. Took me and my son a full day to assemble.

Fairly easy to install, directions are easy to follow, high quality materials, very sturdy and well built. I highly recommend Gorilla Playsets.

Showed up weeks faster than expected, only missing one bolt I was able to pick up for $2 at the store! Considering the sheer amount of pieces I think that is incredible. Kids love it. Took me and intermittent helpers about 20 hours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just finished putting this together and it is a wonderful swingset. Our daughter has wanted to play on it every day so far. It is a decent time investment to put together and seal yourself (a week of solid work around a full time job). Helpful to have a couple people to help hold things. A couple of notes/modifications for anyone interested - (1) our swingset did not ship anywhere near the initial time listed on the product page. Once you buy it they note that it can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to ship and ours took closer to the 4 weeks mark vs. the 7-10 days. (2) Ours came with three green flags and one yellow flag instead of the two green and two yellow flags shown. Not a big deal to us but others may care. (3) We couldn't really tell from the instructions where the third set of handles were supposed to go. So we put them on the outside of the opening near the rock wall. Now having looked at the photos online closer there are two sets on the skyloft (just in case anyone else has trouble picking that out). (4) Our daughter is younger and not quite ready for the skyloft yet - so we moved the tic-tac-toe board down to the main loft across from the slide. The railing "spindles" are not the same length between the skyloft and the main loft so we took extra roof boards (from the sky loft add) and cut them to size. (5) Again since our daughter is younger we removed a couple of boards on the rock climbing wall and spaced out the rest so it could also be used like a ladder (for very small feet). This makes it easier for our daughter (who doesn't quite grasp the concept of rock-climbing yet) to use.

Overall, it was pretty easy to put together.....it took a group of 6 of us about 7-8 hours to do it. The instructions were clear. There are just a lot of pieces to it! Once it was done, it was sturdy and strong and looked fantastic! And of course (being a kid at heart), I had to be the first to try out the slide! It was so sturdy and held my adult frame just fine. The swings were great too! The chains are solid enough to hold average adults and they have a great coating around them where you hold on (so fingers don't get pinched). Lots of great little touches and fun activities built into the playhouse....it will keep the kids busy for hours!

This took some time to put together and you'll need 2 people when you get to the swing set. However my 9 and 6 year old grandbabies absolutely love it. It's quality is awesome. The many things to do on it verses the price is also wonderful. Can't wait for the other 3 grands to come over and play on it. I would recommend this to everyone!!!!!

Great quality! Everything about this is built to last

The quality of the materials provided was excellent. Instructions were easy to follow. However, I would recommend the following improvements: all holes in the swing beam could be predrilled, use all square type fasteners instead of both phillips and square, separate fasteners in a bag for each step to avoid searching for screws, make the predrilled holes in the 2x6’s symmetrical so that you don’t put the boards on upside down. Overall very pleased with the play set.

first, once finished the product looks great, and feels sturdy.construction took my about 20 hours by myself, and I'm an experienced hobby carpenter. it helps being tall, otherwise I would say it's definitely a 2 man job for some steps.now to the things I didn't like. several lag screws where missing, about a dozen of them, including their washers. the hardware set contained a lot of hardware that isn't needed, as in not even mentioned in the instructions. I have a couple of lumber pieces leftover, which makes me nervous, but after rechecking the instructions, there is no need for them.the biggest negative is the roof assembly...the supplied 2*4 are no where near straight, the miter to connect them at the roof top are no where near 45°, the roof tounge and groove boards are warped to a point that I needed to use a mallet with some connections getting stress fractures, and the predrilled how on the same pieces were far enough off that I needed to redrill them.some general instructions where off, by telling you to drill holes where holes already existed, which could be confusing for some.outside of all that, the rest of the construction went pretty smoothly, and after a few days of use I would recommend this playset.oh, one last thought...the supplied regular swings seem to flimsy and uncomfortable, but they should easily be replaced.

The instructions were confusing since one would think step one box one but no, i had some trouble finding certain parts since they would not be in the same box as the rest of what was needed ij the same box.

A lot of wooden pieces already split

Our kids (2 and 4) are in love with the play structure and have been living in it the last few weeks, lots of room for creativity with all the different features and I love how sturdy and safe it feels.

Had this shipped via freight and first set was damaged, a second one was sent ( lightly damaged) but only superficial scrapes. Whis this was better packed and I'd give 5 stars!

It is a solid product though - you can tell the quality of the playset is high due to the materials and design. It looks great in our yard, and most importantly, my two kids (3 and 8) are loving it! They ask to go outside and play right when they wake up in the morning. The size is perfect for their ages.

I can't speak to how it was installed as we paid someone, but it took almost 6 hours with 2 people that knew what they were doing. I do wish that set up was included in price, or the company able to put it up for an additional fee. It seems strong and our girls want to play on every day, so we're hoping this summer it will be a wonderful addition to our yard.
