Swing station is great. Simple and not difficult to assemble. The only problem I had was the bolts needed to assemble it weren't included in the shipment. When we requested the parts, they didn't ship for two weeks. I would have appreciated the express shipping due to the error.

The product was just so-so...parts were missing and we had to make a trip to Home Depot to get some of the bolts and screws that was not packed in the two boxes. I read online that this is NOT an isolated incident and has happened to others. The swing is durable and our kids love it though so it was worth the extra hassle to get the item installed. Expect the swing to take 2 people and about 3-4 hours to install.

This is a quality swing set that was fairly easy to install. As another poster noted, however, the dimensions of the width are longer than stated, so keep that in mind if space is tight.

I believe the quality of the product is good, but there was one BIG problem. The dimensions of the structure is misrepresented under the Specifications. It states "Assembled Width" being 108in. That is incorrect. The top cross beam is 108in...but when assembled, the legs bow out and the resulting total width is closer to 123in. This isn't something you would notice until you've unpacked it...and started assembling it. It is a HUGE inconvenience to pack this thing back up and ship it back. Additionally, the to cross beam is split in several places.
