I suppose it would work for other purposes, but for me, it didn't work. I needed self locking nails that would work in a pocket hole, and these weren't it. My fault for not thinking things through.

Seriously, they're screws! Quality for general use around the home.

I use these all the time, but they are not available in my local HD, they are also no available to ship to that HD or my home. If more convenient I would give it five stars, but due to the inability to source these locally, it has three stars.
