I had this floor put in with a moisture barrier. It looked great and I was so happy with it. Within the first 2 years the floor was lifting, rotting and bubbling in several areas of the house. Now I need to have it torn out and replaced. My house is 2200 square feet and I am devastated. Sure this is a decent priced flooring but not worth it in the long run. I have had two contractors come look at it and both say it need replacing and was installed correctly.

This flooring looks amazing! We had it put in throughout the main level of the house and we couldn’t be more happy. The feel and look is really really good!

The flooring is beautiful but the quality is AWFUL. Its bubbled up and chipping up all over and it hasnt even been installed 2 years yet. I understand its not water proof but it doesnt resist ANY water at all. We wipe up any spills quickly and its still bubbled up. It is NOT in a kitchen or Bath. The warranty on it is worthless, they said tough luck. We installed 700 sq feet and have to put new down because this is not salvagable already. Very disappointed.

Floor looks great (when I turn off my OCD). Very durable. The only small issue I have is the flooring could use more variation. You notice duplicate boards when looking at a room. Installers did a great job, esp. around a ceramic fireplace hearth.

Absolutely disgusted and let down! I literally just installed this floor and now I need to rip ut all up and replace it. It's advertised as perfect for any room and it's clearly not! One of our elderly rottweilers spilled some water over night and it made its way to the flooring and got into the seams. By the time we came down in the morning the floor was swollen and destroyed. A not even 2 week old floor now being torn back up to be replaced and all of my money and time gone!!!

Distressed Hickory- Floors turned out beautiful! Look very expensive. Several compliments. Easy to install. After reading previous reviews, I was afraid there may be problems with installing but no problems.

Looks very good. Not sure about wear and tear, just installed.

The interlocking on most of the flooring did not fit and when locked into place cracked the top lamination letting moisture warp the floor almost immediately.

Quality and the finish was great…

Horrible product. Gaps in the floor from poor quality locking design. Any suggestion on repair ? Initially was put together, but 3 months later this is what I’m getting.

Affordable and beautiful! We had an installer so can’t say anything about how it is to install, but it looks great! The only thing is they do not have matching baseboards so we had to go with a slightly darker color for the baseboards, but it picks up the darker color in the flooring so it works out fine. The color of the flooring looks lighter/brighter depending on your lighting.

We really like the finished product. It was a pain putting together. A rubber mallet wasn't enough to lock the pieces together. I had to use a 3lb hammer.

First i was a little afraid after reading some of the negative feedback from other customers.... but for the price and thickness of this laminate floor i went and tried a few boxes to actually see it myself what was the issue of the other customers. Well i was amazed how easy to install this product i enjoyed installing them! The following day i went back to the store and bought another 20 boxes to finish my living room area. My only suggestion is “make sure” you line up very well use a laser guide or a chalk line for the first row and you will not have a problem on installing this product no need on tapping the planks with hammer it will slide in smooth just make sure they are lined up straight.

We've floored about 600 sq feet of our house with this flooring. We RARELY find a damaged piece, and when we did it was from a little mishap on the drive home. It's very thick, cleans easily (I usually use a swiffer wet pad that I've already used in another area so it's just a little bit damp), and feels durable. We've only had it for about a month or so in our living room so I can't speak to how well it holds up just yet. We just used it to do another room, and one of the cases we purchased was almost entirely unusable because the grain wasn't printed over the entire plank. We were able to use a couple of them for short ends. All in all, it's a great value for the price.

Bought 10 boxes of this flooring, spent several days prepping the room while the planks acclimated, leveled the subfloor & used a good underlayment, it was a textbook job. Started laying the flooring & noticed the locking groove strips were peeling off before or during install. The center layer of these planks is a cheap cork-board type material, not durable enough to withstand installation and certainly will not hold up to a 30 year residential warranty. We got through three boxes before we ripped everything up & took it back demanding a full refund. One associate we spoke to on the phone told us “You bought the cheap stuff, you chose to install it, this is YOUR problem.” No, Home Depot. This is YOUR problem. Why are you stocking garbage on your shelves? People - don’t waste your time & money! Keep looking!

Hard to install (I didn’t install them but the floor guy who put them in said a 10/10 for difficulty to install) so I wouldn’t try to self-install, but the floors themselves are beautiful! love them! Finecrest brown oak was our color

So far, so good. We have the installation completed in one of two rooms we’re installing it in. It looks nice and not cheap. Quality is good. Love the shading of gray and the distressing. Can’t yet speak to how well it’ll hold up over time, but happy with our purchase as of now. This is our guest room. We are also installing it in our living room. We have a gray Pergo installed in the other rooms on the first floor, and we actually have enjoyed the quality of their brand better.

Floors were easy to install and absolutely beautiful. The color really compliments my cabinets and counters and are durable and easy to clean.

The smokewood fusion flooring was not available in stores to see before purchasing a full pallet (saved a lot of money this way). I loved how rustic it looked in the pictures and how it has all colors from deep browns and gray/black to light colors like birch. When it arrived, I quickly opened a box to see the quality of flooring and I was very impressed and very happy! I hired a company to install it and it only took them a half of a day to install about 500 sq feet. This flooring looks expensive and feels and looks just like wood. I put this in our loft area where I wanted a more rustic look and it is absolutely beautiful. I’ve had other types of laminate flooring installed in our home by other big name brands and that flooring has chips where I have to putty all over to cover up the cardboard appearance. Not this flooring! I went through the entire floor trying to find anything that I would need to putty after installed and there is nothing! This is a very high quality flooring and does not scratch easy like another reviewer has said. I highly recommend!

This flooring is great. We put it in our kitchen and loved it. But, me being a cheapskate and trying to save a buck or two, got flooring from LL to install in the much larger living room and dining room area. Well, that was a big mistake. The stuff I bought from LL broke apart upon installation. It was so cheap that my installer would not even attempt to complete the install. Instead, he said "Go buy the stuff you used in the kitchen. That stuff was really good." So, I went and bought more Home Decorator collection, just in a different color. I am very happy I did. The floor looks beautiful and even though its only been about a month, the floor is holding up well. We have been moving our furniture in and have dropped and dragged stuff over the floor and it hasn't gotten a scratch on it. Plus we have 2 dogs that are in and out constantly. This flooring stands up to their antics and cleans up easy when mud (or other backyard stuff) gets brought in. I wouldn't trade this flooring for anything. It was a great buy.

Worst flooring I have ever installed. I ripped it all up after installing and am trying to get a full refund. DO NOT BUY! Boards were warped, would not lock in, and difficult to install.

We ordered the Hillrose Fusion for our new living room. It went together easily and I was very surprised at the amount of different patterns. I think I counted at least a dozen different patterns. We placed it overtop of Quietwalk 3mm underlayment and it doesnt make a sound! We purchased enough to do the dining room and bedrooms, and I cant wait to install it.

Came out beautiful. Don’t know how long it will last because I just put them in but it sure looks great.

The flooring is great for more than just floors I am using it in my cabinet and it looks great.

I was looking for something brown but still with black and light beige elements. This is so perfect! Its beautiful, its quality, and I have already gotten so many compliments!

The gray was exactly what I wanted and I love the distressed look.

I really like the looks of this floor. It has a nice natural look to it and a nice wood finish. I feel this floor scratches easily. Not sure how I had a scratch it in already but from the photo you can tell its scratched. There was also a nick in the corner. The nicks did not show up cosmetically in the final product after i was finished. I used this floor for my basement.

Using this product was one of the easiest decisions that I have had to make recently. This Fincrest brown oak laminate flooring not only looks fantastic but is a “snap” to install. The product is a hefty 12 mm thick presumably making it very durable over time. The roughed texture gives it the appearance of true hand cut wood. Unlike some of the laminates this product is suitable for use in bathrooms and kitchens where exposure to water is a possibility. My only problem is that I didn’t order enough of the product initially and unfortunately the website is now showing the product as out of stock. As soon as it is available I'll finish my flooring project. I am very happy with the quality, craftsmanship, appearance, and ease of installation of this flooring. Recommended.

The Home Decorators Fincrest Brown Oak Laminate flooring is very well made. It is a nice heavy flooring and the planks easily connect with no glue needed. The planks have a very realistic hardwood look and feel. The texture mirrors hardwood and the color is a nice rustic color and feel. They are scratch and water resistant which is exactly what I needed for my household of 3 boys and 2 dogs. Going to look great in my sons room.
