The broom is okay why I gave it a fair rating overall. But the dust pan was garbage. Everything goes under neath the dustpan.

Excellent value and good quality broom for indoor sweeping. Bristles are soft and pliable and won't scratch your vinyl, laminate or wood flooring. The bristles are a bit shorter than most of the other brooms out there making them very efficient for cleaning dust and pet hairs. They're also rounded to clean baseboards. The handle is made out of metal and is 51" long. I am 5'6" and it is sufficiently long enough for me. Not sure if a taller person would have issues with the length. The handle and the dust pan both have holes to hang the items up and off of the floor. The dustpan also snaps onto the handle to save space. Price point for this item is under $10! Highly recommend!

I love how the broom is big with many bristles and the dustpan is large. The bristles on the broom are 2 different colors. The inside bristles are orange and the outer bristles are gray. The dustpan is gray with the pan part a semi-see-through charcoal gray color. The dustpan attaches right to the broom stick perfectly for easy storage. The broom handle is orange with a good size hole to store onto a hook. The metal is good quality and the broom stick is wider than your typical broom so it cannot bend. I love the size of it and will make sweeping the floors a lot easier and quicker.

I have hardwood floors and I am a messy cook. That means lots of sweeping up the kitchen. I had another broom and dustpan set, but this on has a wide broom head. Also the bristles are really close together, great for sweeping up, but even better is the pick up to the dust pan. It picked up all the little crumbs. Good height on the handle. Dust pan has a good rubber edge that hugs the floor so crumbs and dirt don't go under the pan. Really please with this broom set.

Smooth Sweep broom sweeps smoothly. Soft feathered bristles lift dust and pet-hair. Excellent value. Good length and weight for smooth surface fine sweeping. Almost aggressive in the way it collects dust and hair. Rounded ends can be jammed into baseboard corners. Dustpan snaps firmly on handle. Both broom and dustpan have hang-up holes. Excellent inside the house. Easy to use. There are better choices for garage or driveway gravel which needs stiff bristles; go in Home Depot and try some stiff brooms.

This is a great broom that makes quick work sweeping up messes in the kitchen and around the kitty litter box. I especially like that the head of the broom is wide and thick. The broom includes its own dustpan, which snaps onto the neck of the broom when storing. The dustpan is not at flimsy, and the rubber edge does a good job keeping finer dust from getting swept under the dustpan during pick up. The broom and dustpan can easily be hung from a hook, keeping it off the floor when storing in a closet. Overall, a great cleaning tool.

This is a nice broom/dustpan combo and would be perfect for a small room (kitchen, bedroom, etc.). Its bristles are fine enough to pick up small particles like dust, and sturdy enough to handle larger pieces of debris like pet hair, sawdust, and your kids' legos that they didn't clean up even though you asked them to over and over again. The dustpan is sturdy and has a small row of teeth that can be used to clean the broom's bristles.

Great broom for smooth floors such as hardwood, vinyl, laminate and linoleum. The bristles on the broom are very thin and dense so it picks up small debris most other brooms won't pick up. The design is nice and it glides easily across the floor. The dust pan works very well too and attaches to the broom. The only downside to this broom is the curves design of the bristles can make it a little hard to sweep corners. Made in Mexico.

Throw away that old straw bristle broom and use something that really works. I have had many straw brooms through the years. Never gave much thought to using any other kind - my mother and grandmother used straw brooms. They certainly swept up big stuff but left behind a layer of fine dust. They also shed bristles and wore down unevenly. This soft bristle broom from Home Depot's HDX line is a whole world away from old straw brooms. This is designed to be used on smooth surfaces like tile and vinyl, wood and smooth stone floors. It is angled to use on baseboards. It picks up every bit of fine dirt, dust, pet hair and fuzz. Leave the vacuum in the closet when you want clean floors and baseboards. This is so lightweight and the specially designed dust pan has teeth that pull hair and debris out of the broom bristles. This makes cleaning my floors so much easier than dragging out the vacuum and now my only problem is how to get the old broom into the trash can.

The HDX smooth sweep indoor angle broom with dustpan is a quality broom. It is lightweight and very easy to use. We were needing this type broom for our back patio to keep it clear of blown leaves and grass clippings after mowing the grass. The angle of the broom is most helpful in reaching in corners and in between the granite tile floors. It stores easily as you can attach the dustpan to the handle of the broom.

Great for back to college!

The soft bristles are what I wanted for a sensitive engineered hardwood floor, but also work well on our tile floors. Have had it about a week. The dustpan is adequate. Having pre-drilled holes in the handle of both the broom and a dustpan are a must, so they do check that box.

These brooms are perfect for wooden floors.

A little big for me and the use in the house

The blade of the dusting is always comes off.

Did not use and returned as the plastic "straw" appeared too flimsy and not worth even a buck. What happened to the old models? Never took out of wrapping as I compared to my old broom.

It broke after 2 days!
