rubber end is too soft and because of how it was packaged has a permanent arch in it so it doesn't form a tight line with the window surface.

Squeegee works great. I had a different brand that didn't work well at all. I have only had it for a few days and have used it on several windows.

this item broke in 1 use. customer service would not return. Assistant manager Josh was rude and i will not be returning to that store.

The squeegee does not remove all the water necessitating a towel to be used.
