I wanted and ordered the pictured product combo-pack. That is not what you shipped me. You sent me 2X concentrated “Everyday Dirt and Grimefighter” in Fresh Meadow scent with “Spot and Stain Remover with Oxy”. I called to complain, customer service did a reorder of the original combo product. And again you sent the wrong products. I went to Hoover’s website, and the renewal shampoo is no longer there. You need to update your website. Additionally, I believe the substitute shampoo provided is not comparable to the renewal deep clean and restore shampoo. I think you are and I am a victim of Hoover changing their product offering. Please update your website to remove the renewal skus with the green and white labels.

I absolutely love this carpet shampoo it smells amazing. It is lightly scented so not over powering. The cap is also the measuring cup which is nice. It has 1,2 3 depending on how much you need for your area. It is concentrated so the bottle lasts awhile. It works great for set in stains with out having to scrub to much. Our carpets always look so nice and fresh after I use this soap. The house smells amazing and I love it. I am very happy with this carpet soap.

I ordered the products as pictured on your website, but received totally different products. The spray bottle leaked into the plastic package liner and was 1/3 empty.

This is not what I was sent! I ordered 3 times and had to return multiple times,

I received the wrong item after waiting an extra week to receive the package at our local Home Depot. I was then told I had to return it and repurchase the correct items and that they could not exchange it. Really frustrating! I could have went and bought the items that were received the day I ordered…. I needed something that was not in stock at the store. Very disappointing

You did not send me Hoover deep clean and restore. You sent another hoover product. It worked fine but was not was I wanted.

These 2 products combined could not have made me happier. My rug looks and smells brand new. Love it ????????

This is more of a review of Home Depot than the product because I ordered it 3 times (it had to be shipped to the store) and 3 times they delivered the wrong product so I never got to use the product. Our local store even tried contacting the warehouse to figure out what was going on to no avail.

It was not the correct product. Home Depot sent the wrong item-TWICE!

I ordered Deep Clean and Restore. The picture is exactly what I need. I have purchased this product in our local box store, but it hasn't been on their shelves for several months, so I ordered online. Fast forward....each time I ordered this specific product, I received something different and returned it. I ordered it 3 times and still didn't get the Deep Clean and Restore. After the 3rd try, the store where I ordered it said they were told they didn't have this product in their warehouse. I contacted Hoover Chat and the person said it seems like the product is now named something else. I still don't know if that is true. If the product I ordered is no longer available, I think good customer service is communication and they should contact me, the consumer, explaining why I keep getting a different product.

Products work as described. Easy to use. Does good job of cleaning.

Anyway, it was horribly "smelly". I pretreated certain areas then shampooed it with my new Hoover Carpet Cleaner and what a difference.

I am not sure if the cleaner or the new carpet cleaner was the reason for my total satisfaction. To say the least I was well pleased with the results of both the machine and the cleaner.
