It is so well made and puts out plenty of heat or you can just have the flame on for atmosphere

Would give it zero stars if possible. Heater shut itself off after running 5 minutes or less. Do not buy this heater. I returned it to store for refund

So cute. Its small but it puts out alot of heat. Sometimes I turn the heat off and just watch the flames. It has that feature where u can do both or just flames. Love it.

Terrible if using for heat, even supplementally. *When* it heats up, it’s extremely hot. Half the time it doesn’t though. Ambiance is nice. I ended up putting it in the bathroom for looks.

Heats well, makes a lot of noise

The amount of heat output is great when you first turn it on. However, due to the safety feature the heat shuts off after about 20/30 minutes and does not turn back on. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re trying to heat an area for any period of time.

I purchased this due too enjoying another one I purchased for another room. Its purpose is mostly for the Ambiance at night and winter months however I will be using this one for colder winter months near a drafty window. It's good quality looks great and I'm glad I made the purchase.

they came in the boxes upside down and when taken out of the box the screws holding them into frame popped out and glass was loose. Heating system cuts off after just a few minutes as well.

I originally purchased two of these heaters, a white one and a woodgrain one. On the first woodgrain, we had a power switch failure. It was returned and replaced. The replacement also developed a power switch failure. This one was replaced, also without a problem. The third one seems to be operating well with no problems.

I plugged it in and it never worked. Going to return

We like that it isn’t at all hot to the touch with a toddler in our home. It is wonderfully quiet and keeps a large room cozy!

I got a fire place and was two side pieces that were the same they suppose to send the missing piece!

This little heater is pretty but it keeps shutting off and won’t return on. I’m going to have to return it. I really love the look though.

I love my little fireplace! Puts out a really good amount of heat and I love that I can simply put the fire feature on and enjoy it while I get cozy and watch movies at night.

They shipped it out quickly and received it in 2 days. I’m delighted to find this nice sized electric fireplace a beauty plus fits into one of the spaces my current tv stand! Fits wonderfully!! There’s two switches on the upper back of it where you can turn on just for the ambiance of real life-like flames only and other switch to turn heat feature on. Either or...or both can be turned on. I love my new fireplace. Thank you Home Depot!
