this is a nice conversation set for outdoors. i didn’t realize when i ordered it what bare cushions meant. when i assembled the loveseats and was excited about using my new set, i was so disappointed when i realized i had to order cushion covers and maybe cushions. the cushions included seem to be covered ina paper like fabric. this is a task i wasn’t expecting to have to do.

Just got the set today and set it up. Didn’t take that long to set up as the pieces were almost all put together. Feels really strong, heavy material and for sure feels like it’s well made. Was worried about ordering a whole set online without testing it but so happy with the results. Also the cushions are so comfortable and thick!

I have no desire to order from Home Depot anymore. I ordered this set April 2, expected by April 13..find out it was reordered for some reason. New date is April 25-27, finally got notified it was ready on April 29th. Excited to have it I began putting it together. The set is easy to assemble and feels pretty sturdy. I’m just missing the main piece that actually makes it a sectional along with the additional cushions that go with that “section”. Awful experience hope they make it right.

Was shopping for a few weeks now for a patio set and I saw this one. I was amazed by it at a glance. Read the reviews for previous purchases and all I can say, they are all right. This is an awesome set for the price. I bought the Stone Gray color and I can't help but take a glance of it every now and then. I do highly recommend this set. Ours was delivered in 2 days (maybe we are close to distribution area). The items were properly, securely and carefully packaged. It did not come with instructions but seems pretty self explanatory. Although we have 2 extra parts and have no clue what it is for. Again.. Homedepot and Hampton Bay thank you!

Was very unsure but this turned out great! We love it. The dimensions are 81x81 fully put together. Very easy to assemble but it comes in about 4 large boxes. My husband is 6’3 and he’s comfortable on this sectional. There is a dent in the corner of the table but oh well.

We are so excited for the weather to get nice so that we can finally enjoy this beautiful set. It is a great size for small gatherings, so multiple people can sit on the couch, on either side and set drinks on the table and comfortable talk. The frame is metal, but brushed in color to resemble wood. No rusting. The cushions are plush and comfortable. Each has velcro to secure to the frame and stop them from slipping. It is easy to take off the cushion cover and clean it and put it back on the cushion. The frame comes with adjustable feet so that it does not rock when you sit on it. Very nice set.

This beachside rope look patio sectional is a very impressive patio furniture set. The assembly is very easy, even for one person. It took me only about half an hour to assemble to sections. As it is winter, I did not yet put the covers on the cushions. That step would require some more time, obviously. It would be slightly easier with two people if you are less than ideally coordinated. The build quality seems top notch, with no skimping noticed so far. The table is surprisingly heavy, well built. It is a very attractive sofa set and the color is bold. As always, I am very happy with Hampton Bay products.

Very impressed how nice this set is and how well it adds value and ambience to our deck. I had just recently repainted our deck and was in need of some decent outdoor furniture. This set fits our needs perfectly and has added some color to our otherwise bland color scheme of the deck.The frame is all metal with a nicely painted and glazed finish. The cushions and fabric are all polyester so should hold up well.The table top is one solid piece of quality tile and is set in and glued to a steel frame. I like the way the cushions can be all tied down to the frame and to each other so nothing can blow away and they stay in place under use. Everything fit together well and was easy to assemble. No tools needed as they come with the needed hardware in a blister pack. The whole set was packaged in several boxes and done so well that no one need be hesitant about ordering this on line for home delivery. IMO, being the frugal person that I am, this seems to be a very good value and I think Home Depot will do well with this set.

Very nice design. I have this located in the pool area. Large, yet can fit into a nice corner and not cut into the walking path. It adds style to the pool. The Chili Red color contrasts nicely with a black background (in my case, black iron fencing and black vinyl panels for privacy). The cushions are soft and firm, when I sit, I don’t sink to the bottom of the metal frame. I have an umbrella stand ready, as this is situated outside, and it gets hot here in the summers. Styling is excellent. Everything fits just right. There are 11 cushions to sleeve, they fit very tightly, but that is okay, because when you sit on them, they feel firm. The metal framing is solid and light weight to move around. Surprising, there’s no wobble, given that the pool deck is not level, and yet it’s stable. This is my first experience having sectional sofa, I like it a lot. The coffee table is awesome, very big, very clean design, looks like metal but really is a tile. Again, good for outdoors. This is very impressive and will be extra nice during the hot summer months next to a pool. I can really picture this bringing great joy to families.

Well made sofa sectional that's also beautiful. Easy to put together. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. Limited amount of small parts for fast assembly. Bracing included to add stability and strength. Corner section comes as one piece with no assembly. Seat and cushion covers( which are removable), look expensive and durable. I love the chili pepper red, it's got a beautiful look to it. Table is solid and heavy. Limited parts as well and goes together quickly. Can't wait to invite my friends and family over this spring. You will fall in love with this sectional.

This furniture set arrived in 2 shipments, one with three boxes and the second in a large plastic pouch.  The first shipment contained the furniture and the second contained the covers.  The 2 chaise sections were packed in the same box and were quite easy to assemble.  The back is attached using 3 bolts, then there is a corner brace that firms up the legs.  6 bolts total.  The table top is one large tile, beautifully grouted into position.  The legs need to be attached to the table requiring just 4 bolts.  The corner chair arrived fully assembled.  The rope backing appears to be a plastic material which should hold up to the weather quite well.  The rest of the furniture is painted steel which I suspect will start to rust after a year or so outdoors. The cushions are have two different fillings. The square base cushions have a firm foam-like filling while the back cushions have a polyester fiber batting.  All of the fillers are covered with a non-woven fabric which makes inserting them into the covers quite easy.  NOTE: not all of the fillers are the same shape.  Be sure to remove the filling from the plastic bag and lay them out on your furniture.  You will see that the filling for the 2 back cushions of the corner chair are different sizes and shapes from each other and the rest of the filling.   Be sure to insert the filling the correct way so that if extends to all corners of the oddly shaped cushions.

The Hampton Bay Beachside rope look wicker outdoor patio sectional sofa seating set with CushionGuard chili red cushions is a well made patio set. Nice to have a nice sectional sofa that seats 6 people. The cushions are a comfortable 5.5in. thick,but I have not received the red covers for the cushions yet. I really like the tile top coffee table that has the look of concrete and is durable plus scratch-resistant. The brown finish on the galvanized steel frame is very nice.

I am building a new outdoor screened porch behind my home, to enjoy both the coming spring and summer, so I ordered the Hampton Bay outdoor wicker patio furniture because I have seen their quality and I wanted what I consider the best available. My first amazement came when the furniture arrived at my home and I could not believe how heavy the cartons were. After opening the cartons it was another sign of quality as the packing really protected the furniture as well as I have seen before. Unpacking and assembling proved again the quality and strength and beauty of the furniture. I am very pleased.

Don't be worried when you get the set and see all the boxes. It looks intimidating to put together it's not. Tools are included, but if you have a socket wrench it is easier. The corner piece is pre-assembled. The end sofa’s only have five bolts/screws for each side. The tabled only has four bolts to attach the legs and is very heavy and sturdy. The rope like backing is sturdy and looks great.The cushions are firm but comfortable and soft. The pillows for the back are soft and don’t sag. The most time consuming thing to do, was place all the pillows, and padding into the zippered fabric covers. The set feels very sturdy and is made of aluminum so it won’t rust. I would suggest that you also grab two cans of fabric guard protectant from HD while you are there to spray the cushions. This will help with future spills and sun damage. I did find one small chip in the paint, that isn’t very noticeable, if not for that quality would also be excellent.

Never received cushion covers and two weeks later and 3 customer service calls I still cannot get ahold of anyone to take care of this problem!! Extremely disappointed will be returning for my money back.

I did not receive the cushion covers that were supposed to be with the cushions. I contacted customer support multiple times without resolving my issue. I still do not have answers and it has been over 6 months. I would love to enjoy my outdoor sectional, it is beautiful but not currently functional.

We searched for a patio sectional for over a year and finally purchased this product. We were sold on the look of the patio, the included table and the price. The frame is well built and the cushions/covers are high quality. Installation is relatively easy, took about 2 hours. The only thing we did not realize is that the two sides of the sectional do not attach to the corner piece. You can zip tie them together if you want them connected. The sectional also comes with an unbelievable amount of packaging/cardboard so be prepared for that. Overall, we are happy with our purchase!

We have had this set for almost a year and it has held up great so far, was easy to put together and looks great on our patio. We are really happy with the quality and price. Even with 2 dogs jumping on it, it has held up well. Only complaint is the cushion fabric is a little rough (we got the dark blue) and there was a lot of packaging material to deal with after assembly and even getting inside the packaging was a struggle. We did receive it in perfect condition but I feel they could have used less packaging material and make it easier to get to the pieces.

Very nice outdoor sectional. It's comfortable and sturdy. We got the dark green cushions and they tend to retain heat.

Very easy to put together I’m a 67yr old female and I put it together by myself, not many pieces. Beautiful set very comfy the seat covers have zippers you put them on, very nice. I looked at tons of patio furniture before I purchased this set and I absolutely love it.

Sectional seems like excellent quality. Pillows are very plush and comfortable. It did arrive with a factory defect. 6 of the bolts did not fit into their respective holes. My husband said the holes probably got some rust while sitting in a warehouse and they could easily be fixed with a Fractional Tap and Die (tool). Customer service was excellent. Said we could package it back up and a truck would come pick it back up to return. Offered a discount on a new order. Luckily my husband fixed it.
